(Jc's Pov)

"Excuse me, but are you J-Jc Caylen!?" I heard a teenage girl shriek from behind us. I turned around to see a short red head peering up at me, holding a cheap flip phone. I smiled. "Yup, I am!" I stated, grabbing onto Melody's hand tighter. "Oh my god!! Ugh! You are my idle! Can I get a picture?" She jumped up and down, squealing hysterically. I couldn't help but laugh. I nodded and crouched down to her level.

"Say cheese!!" She exclaimed, aiming the camera toward us. I heard the click and saw the flash. I stood up and smiled at her. "Thanks!" She said. "No problemo." "Tell Kian that I said, WASSUUPP DUUUUUDE!?" She tried her hardest to impersonate our saying. "Will do, nice meeting you" I stated, waving to her as her stubby body walked down the isle. "Awww, you're so sweet to your fans!" I heard Melody say in a baby voice. I chuckled and planted a kiss on her forehead.

Melody are out buying those patches and some gum, so she can quit smoking. We walked through the isles searching for those two simple things, finding no luck. We passed a woman holding a box of patches. "Hey, if you don't mind, do you think you could possibly tell us where you found those patches?" Melody asked politely, pointing at the contents in the woman's hand.

"Uhm, sure. Just right down the next isle, sweetheart. By the way, you two are just adorable!" The woman said sweetly, pointing to the left. We nodded and walked through the isle she pointed at, and stopped in front of a big shelf of gum, patches, e-cigs, etc. Melody crossed her arms and made a face at the shelves in front of us. "What's wrong, Mel?" I asked, lightly poking her shoulder. She scowled at the shelves. "All these gum flavors sound disgusting" she whined, looking at me agitated.

I shrugged at her, as she faced the shelves once again. "Hey, I'm not the one who smokes" I teased, tugging lightly at her sleeve. "Jc" I looked at her. "Shut the fuck up, I'm trying to pick out a decent flavor here." She finished, not moving her gaze from the colorful boxes. I sighed and waited, impatiently. After a few moments, I saw her shrug and grab a box, tossing it into the basket that hung on her arm.

"What flavor did you get?" I asked, grabbing her free hand. "Cinnamon" she stated, as we approached the patches. She quickly grabbed a small box and threw it in. I gave her a look. "Do you even know what kind you need?" I asked. She gave me a glare, almost as if to say 'Are you stupid?'. "Jc, there's only one type on nicotine patch" she sighed, making her way up to a check out counter.

"Baby, I'm sorry. I've been a total C-word all day. I haven't smoked for like two days now.." Melody said, nuzzling herself into my chest. We were sitting on the couch watching netflix. "It's been about eight hours" I mumbled, rubbing circles into her back. "It feels like it's been years" she groaned. She let out a deep sigh and closed her eyes. "You sleepy?" I asked, poking at her spine lightly. She nodded, her eyes still closed. "Wanna cu-" I was cut off by a shrieking Kian, walking through the living room.

"God dammit, Kian!" I shouted, holding back laughter. He stopped right in front of the Tv, blocking my view. "What do you want?" I asked chuckling. He just crouched down and made his famous 'crab face', awkwardly staring at us for a few seconds. I felt Melody start to shake violently. I glanced down to see her dying of laughter. I soon joined in, along with Kian. "What did I just witness!?" Mel shrieked, tears streaming down her cheeks. Kian shrugged and walked out of the room, as if nothing happened.

She took a deep breath and wiped her cheeks. "I think I'm ready to go home" she stated, yawning slightly, causing me to yawn. I shook my head as my yawn ended. "Uh uh, stay with me" I said. She shook her head. "pwease?" I asked, pouting my lips. She shook her head. "Oh won't you, stay with me, 'cause you're, all I need!?" I sang, slightly off key. She laughed. "Alright, alright. Just stop that terrible singing!" She giggled. I pouted, crossing my arms.

She pulled my face down to hers, and attached our lips together. I smiled through the kiss and slowly pushed her off, attempting to get off the couch. "Let's go" I said, holding a hand out to her. She grabbed it and stood up.
