(Jc's Pov, Oml It seems like it's been eight chapters..)

"Hello?" I say grumpily.

"Justin."

"Oh lord. What do you want Lia?"

"Look, I called to apologi-"

"I don't accept." I cut rudely.

"What?"

"I. Don't. Accept." I enunciate slowly.

"Goodbye, Lia."

"Wai-"

I sigh angrily and end the call. It's only been a couple days since Melody officially broke it off. Why is it, that my life is always full of pain and suffering? I mean, my parents divorced. I lost the love of my life. What's next? Her or my bestfriends' dying!? Ugh, I need someone to talk to. Or even hang out with. I did what I had to do. I called someone, and that someone happened to be Ricky. "Hello?" His voice breaks the second of silence between the dial tones ending, and my short and shallow breaths.

"Ricky.. It's Jc, can you come over?" I ask hopefully. "Since when would you want me over? Ever since o2l ended, you and Kian have been assholes to us. Never texting us, or-or returning our calls.. What's in it for me?" He says angrily, making his lisp more vibrant. "Look, I owe an apology. We, owe an apology. But sadly, Kian moved out and we don't really talk anymore." I sigh. "Oh," his voice softens, almost as if to show remorse. "What happened?" He asks curiously. "Its too long of a story to cite via phonecall... If you end up coming over, I'll gladly tell you. Eveything." I bargain.

"I'll be over in an hour or so." He says quickly. I smile, knowing that after I've been a complete asshole, I still have a friend who actually cares. "Bye, Ricky." I end the call, setting my phone down on the coffee table. I should probably go shower.. Since I've been so depressed lately, I haven't taken a shower in three days. Disgusting, right? I sprint up the stairs into my room and gather some clean clothes, for after my shower.

I sigh deeply and jam my phone inside my pocket. I know what I said was harsh, but it's entirely true. Every. Last. Word. I'm worried about Kian and Jc, they were so close.. I wonder what could have gotten in between them? I shrug and grab my keys, heading out to my car. To be honesg with you, I told Jc an hour, so I could go run some 'errands'... Not those kind of errands, ya nashtay.. I mean, nice ones. Like going to zummies, to buy him a beanie or something, and going to taco bell and buying him some food.. You know, the usual thing that friends do, when other friends are feeling not so great.

Did that sentence even make any sense? I hope it did..

I knocked quietly on the front door of Kian and Jc's new house. You're probably wondering why I hadn't just walked in... The answer to that is just, Jc and I weren't really that close. Or for present tense, aren't close. I hear shuffling and small movements coming from inside, when I'm suddenly met with Jc standing in the doorway. He doesn't make a sound, he just pulls me in for an unexpected hug. I chuckle uncomfortably and pull away. "Hey Ricky!" He beams. I smile weakly, because I know he's just adding fake happiness. "Jc, stop with the act, I know something's wrong.." I sigh. His smile fades and he nods slowly. He opens the door wider than before, and motions me inside.

"I've got something for you!!" I chirp, sitting down on the couch. I hear him mumble something behind me as I dig through the bags. "Come here, sit." I suggest, as he nods and shuffles over. I feel the couch sink den beside me and I hand Jc the bags. He sighs and rolls his eyes. "Don't be an ass, you asked ME to come over, I didn't ask to come over." I sound. He nods and his face goes blank, as he's examining the innards of the bags. I watch as a smile tears into his cheeks. He looks up at me for a split second. I'm startled by the bag being tossed aside and him hugging me. "You're so awesome Ricky!" He exclaims, while pulling away. "I know. I was just doing what a friend should do." I shrug.

"Taco bell too! Ricky, you are amazing!!" He beams. I smirk and nod. "So, tell me what's going on." I demand. He nods slowly and clears his throat. "I had kicked Kian out because I thought he was  cheating with my girlfriend. When in reality, Lia had framed them both. I went to go and apologize, but they denied it. As a result, I'm now single and depressed as hell." He explained. I felt a wave of remorse and guilt flood my body. "So, Kian isn't moving back in?" I ask. He shakes his head. "Oh... I'm so sorry Jc." I console. He nods his head and frowns slightly. I pat his shoulder gently. "Is there anything I can do to help?" I ask hopefully.

"You could hang out with me for a little while." He shrugs. "I think I could do that for you." I smile, earning one in return. "Mario cart?" He suggests, standing up from his previous position and walking toward the Tv. "Sure!" I sound.
