"Okay, you got it, right?" Cherish asks, shaking Xamani by her shoulders slightly.

"Yeah."

"Just stay to yourself and I'll talk to Tammy."

"Aight."

It was time for Xamani to go back to the orphanage. She didn't want to and after Cherish became aware of what Tammy was doing to her, she didn't either. And even though Cherish was "breaking the rule" of having the girl sleep over, she knew she couldn't keep her there forever. They needed to be smart about this. Unlike Cherish, Xamani didn't think about the consequences that came with her actions, so Cherish was the one guiding her on what needed to be done in order for her to stay safe until they could get something arranged concerning her living circumstances.

She found out about Xamani sleeping on the floor and that did not end well. Cherish kept going on and on about how wrong that was and Xamani was more annoyed than grateful that Cherish cared. And if Cherish was right about one thing it was that Xamani did not like to hear her nagging so Xamani would do everything in her power to keep that girl's mouth from running.

On the way to the orphanage, Cherish stopped by In-N-Out to get Xamani a burger and fries and she also went to the store to get Xamani some snacks.

"Remember what we talked about," Cherish states, lowly as they walk up to the orphanage's entrance.

"Fasho."

"Welcome to-"

Cherish cuts her off abruptly. "Can you buzz Tammy?"

"Uhh-Yeah."

Xamani cackles and Tammy pops up.

"Xamani?! Oh my- Where have you been?!" Tammy tries to grab her but Cherish blocks her.

"We need to talk," she says, sternly. She gives Xamani her bag of snacks before nodding. "I'll be back there soon." She watches Xamani walk off before she turns her attention back to Tammy.

"Again?" Tammy doesn't try to hide her annoyance. "What is it?"

"Let's go to your office."

"I'd rather not."

Cherish raises her eyebrows. "Are you sure you want her to hear?" She gestures to the lady at the desk.

"Whatever you have to say isn't important to me therefore it doesn't need to be kept secret. Now hurry up. I am a busy woman."

Cherish chuckles dryly before suddenly gripping her arm, lips next to her ear. "I know what you've been doing to Xamani," she hisses.

The receptionist gasps. "L-Let go of her. Or I'll be forced to call security."

Cherish ignores her, tightening her grip on Tammy's arm. "You think that's okay?"

Tammy lowers her voice. "We already discussed this on the phone last night. I didn't do anything. How many more lies have you been told by that little girl?"

Cherish chuckles. "Well let me inform you. Does forcing her to drink that water knowing she could've potentially choked ring a bell?"

"I didn't do that."

Cherish was squeezing Tammy's arm now, causing it to slowly begin turning red. Tammy winces.

"I'm calling security," the lady announces, shakily.
