Cassie crawled slowly in the dark, filthy depths of the giantess's stomach. This place was a torture to her every sense. She'd slid down her throat and landed directly on a thick mush of chewed-up, undigested food. Just the feeling of that sticky muck on her skin made Cassie shiver. The smell was vomitive, it was thick in the air and invaded her nostrils even as she tried to hold her breath. Hell, what she was smelling was vomit, a mixture of the digestive juices at the bottom of this monster's stomach with the remains of the food it was breaking down. She didn't even want to imagine what would happen if some of it got into her mouth.
The stomach walls around her were layered with thick fat that shielded her from any sounds from the outside, and so her only soundtrack was the churning and groaning of the giantess's digestive process.
"Heeeelp! Pleaaaase!" And the screams, the screams of a woman, shrieking and crying for someone to save her. Cassie had been wondering why she hadn't called out before, why she had only pushed. Now she realized, the woman had been screaming her lungs out, but the enormous fat of the girl's belly drowned out all the sound. "Heeeeelp!"
Cassie wanted to call out to her, to tell her someone had come to save her. But she couldn't open her mouth, she didn't dare to. If she did, some of the saliva-coated food around her could get inside.
"Please..." the woman cried.
I'm coming, she thought. Just hang in there.
Cassie kept crawling, kept advancing. This was much like swimming, she thought, the same movements were required to advance, only what she was swimming in was not water, but a thick, sticky mixture of masticated foods. Her vest complicated the process, it got caught on every little thing she came across. It slowed down her movement. She needed to take it off. Cassie took hold of the zipper, and slowly dragged it down. The process of shrugging out of the vest was obstructed by the disgusting, semi-solid soup around her. The feeling of the filth touching her torso was worth it for the advantage. She felt freer to move, more fluid. Her limbs kept her moving, bringing her closer to the woman screaming for help.
"Somebody!" she begged, her voice sounding closer than ever. "Please..." Cassie took her arm. The woman gasped. "Did you-" she gulped. "Did you come to save me?"
"Mhhm!" Cassie still refused to speak, she refused to get all this filth into her mouth. She didn't know how this woman could manage to scream like this.
"Thank you," the woman cried, "Thank god, thank god..."
She'd done it, she'd fucking done it! She'd saved the day, it was almost impossible to believe. A feeling of victory bloomed inside Cassie's chest, the sort that one felt after doing very fucking good. But it wasn't time to celebrate yet, they still needed to get out of the giantess's gut. Dragging her hand through the muck, Cassie set out to pull on the fire hose. The food still obstructed her movements, the weight of it all pressing on her body from all sides. At that moment, she realized the pain that pounded from every part of her body. God, she was exhausted, her limbs burned, she felt so tired all of the sudden.
The, everything began to rumble.
"Oh god," the woman gasped, holding onto Cassie's arm for dear life. "It's happening again, it's happening again!"
The rumbling evolved into a full-on earthquake, accompanied by the bubbling and churning sounds below. The lack of sight and sudden shaking made Cassie dizzy, she didn't know where up was and where she had to go. She needed to pull on the hose, she had to do it now.
But then, she found out what the rumbling was, in the most disgusting way possible.
