Today, they'd run for hours on end. First to escape Caroline, then to escape Mrs. Bales, then to flee from the twins, and then Caroline and Mrs. Bales again. Far too much for even Uriel, who considered himself athletic. He couldn't imagine what it would be like for his girlfriend, or for any of the others. Lola was small, and Elise seemed like she'd never run outside of PE class. Half an hour or so had passed since their last escape, the orange of the sky above had been recently replaced by the deep blue of night. Uriel appreciated the drop in temperature, but he didn't appreciate being unable to see the ground he walked on. More than once either he or Tina tripped down and fell, and then leave or dirt or who knew what else got stuck to their clothes still moist with sweat and the droll of Mrs. Bales's mouth.
Last time, they had stumbled into the cabin after just ten minutes of running. Now they'd been running for three times that amount, and still had found nothing. They were lost, he was sure of it. They would find the ocean before they ever got back to that cabin. Uriel could suggest they turn around, that they trace back their steps, and go in a different direction. But what good would come out of that? They'd risk running into their teacher again, and whatever direction they chose was as unlikely to lead them anywhere as the one they were taking now.
"Shoot," Tina huffed. "I think we're lost." She doubled down, hands on her knees, as she tried to recover her breath.
"What do you want to do?" Uriel asked. "Turn back? Stay here for the night or..."
"No clue," she gasped. "I think I just want to sit," Tina then sat on a rock she found next to some trees. And immediately slid back with a scream.
"Tina!?" Uriel called out, running after her. What he found on after poking his head through the foliage left him wordless. A crater, deeper than the deepest pools he'd ever seen, and an enormous rock shining with pink light on the inside. The meteorite, he thought. The thing that had started all of this, the trigger of this disaster. They had found it by accident. And Tina was rolling down the slope of the crater going straight for it. "Tina!" Uriel called out. Trying to follow. Lola's words were loud in his mind. If Tina touched that thing, she'd risk going large. He had to stop her somehow. He slid down the slope of the crater, trying to catch up with her. It was no use, the fact that he was being careful prevented him from going as fast as her. And he could do nothing as he saw his girlfriend crash to a stop when her whole body went flat against the pink rock. "Tina?" Uriel asked, wary.
"Ouch," she groaned, pushing herself away from the rock. She was full of bruises, cuts, and dirt. "Fuck, what happened?" She blinked a few times, then realized what she was in front of. "Oh, shit," she jumped away. "Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit. Uri! I touched it! I-!"
"Calm down, Tina," he said, holding out an arm. He was careful not to touch her, if Lola's hypothesis was correct, then that was something to avoid. "Just calm down, it's nothing-"
"How can you say it's nothing! I'm gonna transform! I'm going to become like one of them and I-"
"It won't happen if you don't get nervous, remember?"
"How can I not get nervous on this island? How will I manage to keep it together?" then, she doubled over. "Oh, god," she cried. "Oh god."
"What's wrong?"
"I-" she swallowed, "I feel strange."
"Just breathe in," Uriel instructed her, slowly backing away. "And breathe out, relax, and nothing will happen."
"No..." she growled, her body curling into a ball. "My clothes, they feel tighter. I can feel it. I'm gonna-" as if breaking out from a shell, Tina's body burst out. Her top was torn to shreds as her breasts exploded out of it, all huge and riddled with freckles, and her denim shorts flew in the opposite direction with the size of her rear. She was easily five meters tall, though standing on all fours made her look smaller. Her red hair was now long enough to reach the floor, as well as her tits, which had grown big enough that her nipples brushed the dirt. She was absolutely stunning, the most beautiful woman Uriel had ever seen. Tina sat on her heels and looked at her new size in horror. "Oh god," she gasped, getting up and almost doubling in height. "Oh god, oh god oh god," she said, power-walking out of the crater.
"Tina, wait!" He called out, trying to reach her. Tina's limbs were longer, and they let her advance much more than him. He managed to catch one of her hairs, though, and he was brought with as Tina crawled away. "Wait!
"Get away from me, Uri!" She cried. "I don't want to eat you!"
"Just-" Uriel was lifted off the ground as his girlfriend stood up. He hung by that red strand of hair, just next to her tit. "Stay still for a second! Let's talk!"
Tina picked him in her hands, and brought him to her crying face. "If you stay close to me, I- I'll get hungry, Uri. You know how these monsters are. They just start devouring like there's no tomorrow. And I don't want to eat you!"
"Just think for a second, Tina!" Uriel told her. "You got me in your hands, I'm in front of your mouth! Do you want to eat me now?" She shook her huge head. "Then that means you don't eat people! You are like Patty! Remember her? She didn't even try catching us!"
"You don't know if I'll be like that."
"I know you are like that, Tina! Otherwise, you would've shoved me into your mouth. You aren't like Caroline or the twins, you are different! You've just got to calm down! Breathe!"
Nodding, Tina took his advice. Her inhaling and exhaling blew him around as if he were in a storm, but she did seem to calm down. "How will we explain this to the others?" She asked, tears still dripping from her face.
"They'll understand, okay?" He told her. "They saw Patty, you are even more normal in comparison, and I'll vouch for you, so there's nothing to worry about."
"Are you sure?"
"I'm absolutely sure."
A small smile spread on Tina's face, and she brought him closer to give him a kiss. It was warm and electrifying. The best experience he'd ever felt. "Thank you, babe. I love you."
"Love you too," he replied. "Can you see the cabin from up there?"
Looking around, Tina took one of her hands from under him and pointed. "Yeah, there."
"Want to go?"
"Yup," she nodded. And so, Uriel's girlfriend carried him in her hands as she carefully crossed the woods. Throughout it all, his only view was of her chest. Huge and jiggling with every step. "Like the sights?" she asked, laughing.
"They're incredible," he replied.
Tina laughed once more, blushing. Sometimes Uriel thought she couldn't be any more beautiful, and every time she proved him wrong.
"Oh," she said. "Something's happening."
"What-" Uriel was interrupted by his girlfriend placing him on the ground. Right between her legs. Although he didn't look up, he could tell something was changing. Her feet were shrinking, the opposite of what should be happening. When Uriel saw her again, Tina was the same size as normal, except for the new proportions the transformation had given her. "You can do that?" he asked, stunned.
"I think everyone that transformed can," she said. "They just choose not to."
"Huh," he said, surprised. "You can go back to being big?" Instead of replying, Tina shook her breasts, which grew many times in size along with the rest of her body. "Okay," he chuckled. "I get the message."
"By the by, can you give me your clothes?" Tina asked, going small once again. "I don't want to show up naked at the cabin."
"Alright," Uriel said. They changed. He got to keep his white underwear while Tina got to cover her newly grown anatomy with his clothes, though not without commenting on how tight they felt on the chest and hips. "Certainly looks tight," he replied, seeing her nipples poking out.
Together, they made their way to the cabin, glad that everything had turned out well.
