Cute-Cole x reader

Y/n was used to the random 'Thats hot' or 'That's cute' she got from Cole whenever she did anything around him. Literally all she had to do was breath and it was captioned with, 'Dam that's hot'. She didn't mind it. Giving a small smile his way before continuing on with her day.

Everyone knew he liked her. He wasn't shy to admit it. In fact he didn't even try to hide it, not even around her. She grew to like him too, I guess after being stuck living with him for awhile she fell for his boldness and charm. She's never openly told him how she actually felt though, too awkward. Worried it would change things. But sometimes change is good, right?

Y/n walked into the kitchen exhausted after a long day of training with Lloyd. She smiled as she saw Cole standing there, staring off into the fridge. Searching for a snack to tie over his growing hunger. She walked over to grab a glass of water. As she did Cole spotted her, closing the fridge he lent again it, smirking.

"Hey cutie," he winked at her

"Hey," she said sending a wave and an awkward smile his way

"That's cute," he said, his smug smile still plastered on his face.

She laughed silently. Shaking her head. As she grabbed a glass from the cupboard. Filling it with water from the tap and taking a sip. All the while Cole stared at her. Longingly.

Y/n turned to lean her back against the counter. As she did she met Cole's gaze. She smiled widely, blushing slightly. After a few more sips she placed her cup gently down on the counter. Cole was smiling at her.

"What??" She giggled in her usual quiet voice

"Your so cute," his words made her blush. She never knew how to react when Cole would say these things. It made her so nervous. What was she supposed to do? It didn't help that she was shy as anything. Especially when it comes to Cole. He puts her on the spot. She freezes up.

He walked over to her, blocking her path. Catching her attention she broke from her thoughts. Looking up at him. Her face flushed with a light pink hue. She smiled.

"So I was wondering.." Cole started but then trailed off as his gaze averted to behind Y/n in a quick glance. Then it shifted back towards her rosy face. She noticed him staring at her lips, it made her smile wider.

"So?" She asked. Breaking the silence. Only because Cole had stayed silent for quite some time now. Unlike him.

"Look I know i can be weird sometimes around you. I guess speaking my mind is a nervous habit of mine," he laughed, nervousness evident in his voice. Speaking in a low tone.

"Nervous!?" Y/n joked. Cole never got nervous, did he? It didn't seem like it. Not to the ninja. Especially not to Y/n.

"Yeah," he breathes out, "but I was wondering...can we go on a date?"

He gave Y/n a giddy smile. Awaiting his answer. She looked to him with shock. Sure she knew he liked her, everyone did. She just didn't expect him to be this forward with his feelings. Soon her shocked expression turned in to a happy, joyous one.

"Sure!"
