Katsuki clicked his pin, bored out of his mind. His professor was going over an assignment he already completed.
He looked to his left, seeing his friends fast asleep. They were in the back of the class, and there were a lot of people packed in here, so the professor didn't pay any mind to them. Katsuki scoffed, dreading later where they'll come to him and beg him to explain the class. It was so annoying he could cry.
The professor dismissed them, and Katsuki finished up his notes. He adopted the habit of organizing his notes in an easy way to understand after Kaminari and Mina criticized them for being too messy to read. However, it took up too much time and made his hand cramp to write fast and neatly like this constantly, in every class he had with them. He'd need to have a talk with them later.
After completing his personal assignment, he stood up and woke the two, Mina and Kaminari, from their happy nap. Mina groaned while Kaminari bolted upright in a startled manner.
"Wha—I fell asleep again!?" Kaminari despaired over the fact, panicked and disappointed with himself.
"It's fine," Mina stretched her back, lacing her fingers together and grunted in bliss as her vertebrae popped. Katsuki knew why she was saying it was alright, and it pissed him off knowing he was being taken advantage of.
"Fuck both of you," he said, but plopped down his notebook between them to which Kaminari sighed in relief at.
"I love you bro," he rejoiced, taking pictures of his notes with his phone. Mina chuckled and shoved the notebook in her bag.
"We have an exam due on Friday," Katsuki informed. He grumbled and scrolled through his phone as he waited for the two to pack up. "You shit heads need to stop sleeping through the fucking lectures."
"But you're a better teacher than the college professors," Mina commented, hoisting her bag over her shoulder. Kaminari furiously nodded.
"I don't fucking care, I'm getting tired of covering for you." Katsuki exhaled sharply, pouting as the other two didn't seem to take his complaint seriously. They quickly dismissed him, and started talking about a recent album that just released. Katsuki frowned, thinking how Kirishima wouldn't dismiss his feelings like this.
Mina soon split off from them and Kaminari caught up with Bakugou.
"I'm sorry man," he started, catching Katsuki's attention, "I seriously didn't mean to fall asleep, it's just the dude has such a monotone thing going on that I can't focus, ya'know?"
Katsuki couldn't argue with that, as Kaminari had a point. The class was so boring and the teacher didn't have much of a presence and was extremely soft spoken. Even he sometimes had trouble keeping his eyes open.
"This is the last time I'm letting you fuckers borrow my notes," he spat, "I'm done being used."
"Used!?" Kaminari shook his head, waving his hands as if to firmly deny the claim, "No no, Kacchan, I swear it was never my intention to—"
"I know," Katsuki cut him off, a playful smirk dancing on his lips, "You're too stupid to be that clever."
"I don't know whether that's a good or bad thing," he pouted, but still seemed bothered about earlier. "I'm sorry I made you feel that way."
Katsuki bit the inside of his cheek, his gaze off to the side as a certain type of penitence settled in his gut.
"Whatever."
Kaminari chuckled and started ranting about the latest video game that just came out. It was an RPG psychological horror game that Kaminari thought Katsuki would like.
"Yeah, the trailer was so good that I actually bought the game," he chirped, "I haven't had time to play it though."
"What's it about?"
"Well, you see, it hard to explain without spoiling it," Kaminari laughed awkwardly, "and even I don't really know what it's about."
"You bought the thing without knowing?" Katsuki scoffed in disbelief, "What a fucking idiot."
"But it looked like something you'd like so I bought it so we could play it together." Kaminari clasped his hands together a bowed his head like he was praying to Katsuki. "Please?"
The old Bakugou would've immediately said no, that he could fuck off and eat shit. But the fact that Kaminari bought it because he thought he would like it, it struck a cord in him and he furrowed his brows.
"...I don't like video games."
"I know, but like, you don't even have to play it, just experience the game with me."
"If that's the case, why not ask elbows or shittyhair?" Katsuki was confused and Kaminari averted his gaze.
"They—uhm, they're not really ones for horror..."
"Looks like you aren't either."
"Damn, it's that obvious?" Kaminari scratched the back of his head and rested his hand on the nape of his neck. "I invited them as well, but I want you to be there too."
"So it's gonna be one of those fucking get togethers?" Katsuki looked amused. Kaminari blushed and nodded his head.
"Yeah it's gonna be a boys night..."
"Then why didn't you just say that, moron?" Katsuki clicked his tongue while Kaminari melted in humiliation and buried his face in his hands.
"It's too embarrassing to say it out loud!"
"Why? Does a normal question embarrass you more than those mortifying shitty pick-up lines you use on poor unsuspecting women?"
"Oh shut up, are you coming or not?!"
"Not with that pissy attitude," Katsuki said sarcastically with a scoff. Kaminari hesitated, peeking through his fingers with a delighted expression to see a small playful smile on his lips.
"Was that a joke?"
Katsuki cleared his throat, "Fuck no, you're just imagining things."
"Oh my god, are you warming up to me?" Kaminari squealed, forgetting his embarrassment and replacing it with excitement. He hung around Bakugou's neck, beaming and laughing, "Kacchan's finally opened his tragic and cold heart to me!"
"As if! Get off!" Katsuki pushed him away by the face but Kaminari clung to him stubbornly. "You're like a damn koala!"
"Let me love you Kacchan!"
Katsuki gritted his teeth, unprepared for his firm grip strength.
'Screw koala, he's a fucking gorilla!'
"Fuck!....off!!"
