Katsuki laid on his floor, touching his face like it would magically change into something more attractive. It's been a couple of weeks since Kirishima joked about him being pretty, and he still doesn't know if he was joking or genuine about it. But the more that he looked at himself, the more he thought of it as a joke.
"Fucking disgusting." Bakugou slung his backpack over his shoulder and left.
His day went by as normal. His friends annoying him, his teachers annoying him, getting his work done and annoying himself with the self conscious feeling buried in the back of mind. Though he dreaded the end of it because a certain someone texted him last night.
"Hey Kacchan, you ready?" Kaminari cheered, throwing his arm around his shoulder. Katsuki scowled.
"If you call me that one more fucking time I'm ripping out your esophagus." The blonde pushed him off, not really in the mood to do anything but draw.
"Eh, I know you won't so I don't care," Kami shrugged, earning a cold glare from the red eyed man.
"I dunno if you're clinically insane or just incredibly fucking annoying."
"I dunno either. Maybe both, but anyway," Kaminari jumped in front of him, "are you ready to go?"
"I'm not going. I'm fucking tired," he stated, pushing past him. Kaminari whined, pulling at his arm.
"Oh come on!" Denki begged, "This is the third time in a row that you dipped on us! Why can't you come?!"
"Because I don't want to and I'm tired—"
"That's a lame excuse!" Bakugou turned around, an angry glare in eyes. It wasn't his usual annoyed glare, but a glare that could make anyone's blood turn cold.
"My mother." Bakugou stated darkly before turning around on his heel. Kaminari stood there frozen before his curiosity got the better of him and caught up.
"Oh, you have plans with your mom? That's so sweet! Where're you going with her?" He asked nosily. Bakugou grumbled under his breath. "What?"
"Conversion therapy." Bakugou sped away, leaving his friend confused as hell. He walked back to his room, his heavy eyes trying to keep themselves awake. He opened the door from the stair case and lo and behold, his mother was standing outside his door.
Her whole posture could tell Katsuki what she was feeling. Betrayal, anger, disappointment, disgust.
Katsuki silently walked up to her, staring at the anything but her with shame.
He could feel her piercing stare in his soul. Everything felt so still, so silent. He could even hear his mothers almost quiet breathing.
"What do you have to say for yourself Bakugou Katsuki?" she spitefully spat, her low voice trembling with anger. He's surprised she didn't reck her car coming here.
But Katsuki didn't say anything. He stayed silent, but wanting to tell her to piss off. To leave him alone. She didn't have to worry about him anymore and yet here she is, making him feel like a small child again.
"I said," she lowered her arms and he looked to the side, clenching his jaw, "what do you have to say?" Her voice increased in volume. She was so close to bursting and yet Katsuki still kept quiet. Knowing everything he says would and will be used against him.
"Look at me, Katsuki," she demanded, and he heard the elevator door open. Distracted, he looked to the two people walking out which was Kirishima and Kaminari. He didn't want them there, he didn't want them overhearing.
