I watched as Connor opened his family presents under the tree. We would do presents from family members on Christmas Eve, and then Santa's presents in the morning.

Andy sat next to me. He sipped on his wine every so often. His arm was behind me on the couch.

Connor came over and showed me his present. I smiled as he grinned from ear to ear.

"Oh baby it's so awesome!" I said. It was from his grandparents. "What do you say to grandma and grandpa?"

"Oh thank you thank you thank you!" He said. This kid is gonna be a theatre major.

Connor got on my lap. Adam was opening his presents. He watched his dad as he sat back on my body.

We watched as everyone opened presents, until I looked down at Connor.

His head was on my chest. He had fallen asleep.

I smiled softly. "I'm gonna go put him to bed." I whispered.

I stood up, keeping him close. I brought him to the bedroom and laid him down, tucking him in.

"Mama?" He said groggily.

"Yeah babe."

"Santa's coming tonight."

I smiled and kissed his head. "That he is mister."

He smiled and closed his eyes. "Night night." He whispered.

"Goodnight sweet boy." I said and shut off the lights and door.

The Christmas lights shimmered from the other room. Talking and laughing from my family could be heard.

This is home.

It's been a while since I've felt this content with my life.

As I looked down the hall, I saw Andy staring at me. I smiled softly. He smiled back.

God now I really wanted to fuck him.

Adam and I stuffed Connor's stocking. Andy helped clean up from dinner.

"Where are you sleeping?" Adam asked.

"Just the basement." I said softly.

"Okay. Hey and thank you again for being so supportive of Claudia and I." He said.

"Oh of course! You two deserve the world." I said. I finished off Connor's stocking before adding candies and treats in everyone else's.

Once I was done I put everything extra away. My parents had gone to bed.

"Okay. I'm hitting the hay. I'll see you in the morning." Adam said.

He gave me a hug. "Night." He said.

"Goodnight." I said.

Andy was doing dishes. I smiled softly.

I came over and helped him dry. He smiled to himself as I dried off the dishes and put them away.

"I have your Christmas present." He said.

"Where?"

"Downstairs. Your mom also said that I was staying in your basement so I brought an overnight bag."

"Oh. Good." I said. We finished up.

"Shall we?" I asked as I locked the door and shut off lights.

"Yeah. Hey movie too?" He asked. I nodded.

I heard Andy yawn as we walked downstairs. Immediately he pulled me into him as we sat down on the couch. I giggled and kissed his neck while nuzzling into him.
