"Hey are you working tonight." Ben asked walking beside her.
"Uh, no I'm going to yoga class."
"Yeah, there's nothing about that stament that makes any sense."
Miranda giggled before speaking. "Tuck's with his father, and the fascist vegan next door gave me a yoga class for Christmas."
"No, you're having dinner with me."
"Uh the fascist vegan thinks that yoga will make me a better person. Which is unlikely but if I don't go, I will have to hear about it every time."
"Well my back kind of hurts but the breathing. I have never breathed like that in my life.
"What?" Miranda asking turned to look at him.
"That's what people say after their first yoga class, tell her that and have dinner with me."
Miranda pursed her lips together and smiled. "Come on try it. My back kind of hurt but the breathing. I have never breath like that in my life " Ben coached.
"I have never breathed like that in my life." Miranda mumbled.
"More conviction."
"I have never breathed like that before in my life." Miranda changed her tone.
"There you go." Ben smiled turning to walk off.
Miranda smiled and shook her head as he walked down the hall way, her butterflies were swarming.
She ended up seeing him later after her rounds. "I texted you my address. We can have dinner at my place at 7. I am going to cook for you." Ben told her proudly.
"Okay, I'm excited to see your cooking skills Ben Warren.”
"I know you will be pleased." Ben replied with another smile.
Miranda smiled again and looked down at her pager. She went into the room that Callie was in and shut the door.
"You rang?" Miranda asked.
"Yeah I'm like this close to making headway on my cartilage but I keep getting like 42 intern question an hour, can they rotate through your service just for today.
"Oh sure." Miranda giggled.
"What is with you?" Callie asked staring.
"Nothing."
"Ohhhh it's the guy?" Callie questioned excitedly and Miranda lips twisted up into a smile.
"It's the guy." She whispered rolling in her chair to get closer. "He bought you coffee."
" No, you think I would smile like this for coffee....uh he's making me dinner." She cheesed.
Callie gasped. "He's cooking." Miranda nodded her head quickly.
" wow, You ready?"
" what? For food, yeah I think I can handle it." Miranda laughed.
"No, for sex."
Miranda gasped. " what N--Grow up."
"Come on give me a break, how many dates have you been on?"
"This will be three."
"Oh yeah, third date's a sex date and he's cooking for you at his home...where he keeps his bed."
Miranda pause as she thought. No he couldn't possibly " I barely know the man." She sputtered shaking her head.
"Well you are going to know him a lot better tomorrow."
Miranda laughed. " there is nothing magical about a third date. It is possible to eat dinner and not loose your pants in the process."
