Shit" he mumbled, putting his forehead against mine. I smile rubbing the back of his neck.
" Did my hacker just lose control?" He chuckles
" Slightly"He kisses me gently, smiling against my lips .
Then Jake takes a shaky breath
'' You want to say something else don't you?'' I ask looking up at him as he Jake nods
" I do" feeling his shoulders tensing I rub his arm kissing it
" Would it be easier if we weren't in this position?" Jake gives me a look as if remembering he was onto of me
" Most definitely " he grins i nod going to sit up but Jake doesn't move
" The fact that you're leaning over me on your hands is a bit of a turn on" Jake shakes his head leaning his head against the crook of my neck
" Jake, are you hiding your red face from me?" He gently nips my neck and I can't help but grin .
" I won't say a word about your red face I promise. I hear him chuckling
" Thank you" he whispers I kissed his temple
" No problem " He then kisses my neck before sitting up on the bed.
Seeing Jake resting his arms on his knees I crawl over taking a seat beside him
" I'm unsure of how I should word this"
I see him frowning as he interlocks his hands
" Jake just tell me it's okay" he nods still frowning I kiss him
" You are making this very difficult'' he whispers
" I'll behave" Jake arched his brow I smile sitting back he takes a breath
" I told myself that when I saw you I would keep you at a distance" he begins
" That I would keep it professional like I had when we were finding Hannah" I look down
" And I think for now..': he stops and I get what he's saying
" We shouldn't be as close as we are right now" Jake looks at me searching my face
" I understand it could become dangerous for us" I feel my heart sinking but the truth was I understood but it still didn't make it any easier.
" Sam I also do not want you doing something you may come to regret" Jake's voice is soft and tender
" I don't want you crawling into my bed because we are unsure of what is to come,or out of loneliness'' he gently squeezes my leg
" I'd never regret sleeping with you" he stops I take his hand interlocking our fingers
'' Especially because of how I feel about you" I see Jake blush
"You are already making this decision very difficult, " he whispers. I move my hand away.
" Sorry" we both fell silent . I play with my fingers hearing Jake sigh as he begins to move off the bed and I begin to do the same seeing Jake hold out his hand I take it as he pulls me up against him
" Come on Sam, it's time for us to get moving on".
