LUZ POV:

I look at the time, and realize I should probably get ready to go out with Cleo.

'What should I wear...' I won't wear anything too fancy, but I don't wanna dress like it's a normal school day. I'll wear something nice, but casual too.

Of course, I'll wear my beanie, too.

I take my phone out of my pocket and begin to text Cleo.

where do u wanna meet up?

cleo🌻

we can meet up at ur dorm! when ur ready for me to come over, just text me!

I go into my room and open the door to my closet, looking for something to wear.

I'll just wear my favorite outfit, purple and white striped t-shirt, black jeans, green leather jacket, and my crimson beanie, of course. I also put on my red converse.

I walk over to my nightstand and pick up my phone, I then text Cleo telling her that I'm ready whenever she is.

I suddenly hear a knock on the dorm door. That was quick.. I put my phone in my pocket and make my way to the door.

I open it and see Cleo. She's not wearing anything to fancy, but nothing bad.

Cleo is wearing black baggy jeans, white leather jacket, a green crop top, and white converses.

"Hi," I say, giving Cleo a soft smile and shutting the door behind me. "Hey Luz," she says, returning a smile back.

"So, where do you wanna go," I ask, while we start to make our way to out of the school. "I was thinking maybe the movies, and then we could go out somewhere to eat," Cleo states, "if that's okay with you, of course."

"Yeah sure! That sounds awesome," I say to Cleo. We start to make our way out to the parking lot.

We get in Cleo's car, she's driving and I'm in the passenger's seat. She begins to drive to the movie theater.

"So, what are we watching," I ask Cleo. "I was thinking maybe we could watch The Good Witch Azura movie? It comes out in theaters today," Cleo says, not looking away from the road in front of her.

How did Cleo know I liked The Good Witch Azura? Maybe she likes it, too. I hope she does, another person I can talk about it too!

"Did you know I like The Good Witch Azura," I ask, turning to face Cleo. "Oh, uh, yeah, I did know," Cleo says, and her posture gets a bit awkward after she says that.

"How did you know," I ask, still looking at Cleo. "I asked Willow what you like," she says, looking at me for a second, and turning back towards the road. I blush a bit at the fact that she asked Willow about me.

I nod my head and turn to face the window. Am I starting to like Cleo? I can't though, I just met her. 'I'm also taking it way too fast, I have to wait. Plus, I got weird vibes from her yesterday..'

Cleo parks in the movie theater parking lot and gets out before me. I grab my phone from the cup holder in the door and put it in my pocket.

Cleo then walks up to my door and opens it for me. "Wow, what a gentleman," I say, sarcastically, and get out of Cleo's car.

"I learned it from the best," Cleo states. "Who," I ask, facing her, while we make our way into the theater. "You, duh," Cleo says.

I scoff. "It wasn't very obvious," I claim and roll my eyes at Cleo. "Whatever," Cleo says, giving me a small smile.

We walk up to the register and get our tickets. Then we get all of our snacks, like popcorn, m&m's, pretzels, and a lot of more candy, and also our drinks.

We then make our way into the room that's playing The Good Witch Azura, which was not hard to find.

Not a lot of people are here, so we sit in the middle row of seats. The movie starts almost immediately when we sit down, so we got here right on time.

AMITY POV:

I suddenly wake up, I sit straight up, breathing heavily. I have no idea what happened last night.

I was sleeping well, in fact, probably the best sleep I have ever gotten, and then I randomly got this nightmare, and it seemed like it lasted forever.

I barely remember it anymore, but I know it was bad. I only remember something, or someone, was chasing me in the hallways of the school, and the lights were red, and then there was a dead end, I had no where to go.

The dead end was literally a dead end, it just randomly cut off, there was no wall though, I had to jump off, and it was pitch-black.

So, I did jump off.

Scariest nightmare I've ever had, which is weird, because I'm in college, I don't know why I still have nightmares.

I also remember, before I fall asleep, I was next to Luz, watching a movie..

Oh my Titan. I fell asleep with Luz?!?!?!?! I slept, with the Luz Noceda, the human??? How did this happen? Why is she not here anymore? Why did we sleep together? Is she the reason I had the best sleep I've had in, forever?

All these thoughts are going on so fast that I don't even realize how red and hot my face is. I have to clear my mind. I don't wanna talk or see Luz, not in a bad way, but I'll just make it worse.

Hopefully she doesn't think I'm avoiding her, even though I am. I mean like, I don't want her to think I don't like her.

I get up and out of bed, I then realize there is something on my nightstand. It's something from Starbucks, I pick it up and see that it's hot chocolate, because it literally says it is hot chocolate on the cup.

I hope it hasn't been sitting here for a while, because who likes their hot chocolate cold.. Definitely not me.

I then see a note that was next to the hot chocolate. I pick it up and it reads, 'hi amity, i got u this hot chocolate because i felt bad if i just left without telling u or anything. but i'm going to the movies with a friend, text me if u need me and i'll be on my way to the dorm asap!! - luz❤️'

I blush a little at the fact that Luz brought me hot chocolate, wrote me a note, and said she would come back ASAP if I need her.

I shake the thoughts out of my head, I'm supposed to not be thinking about Luz, especially not blushing at her..
