AMITY POV:

School is over, and now I'm going to find my dorm and my roommate. I'm kinda scared, because it could be Cleo, or anyone I don't know or don't like.

I wouldn't mind that much if it was Boscha, but there are definitely other people I could have as a roommate that are better.

Boscha goes to parties, like, every single night. I don't have time to take her to a party and take her back. I know I don't have time, because I've done it before. She stays at the parties forever.

I don't know how someone stays that long, and goes every single night. Boscha has gotten so used to going to parties and being drunk, that it just takes her to sleep to become sober again.

I, however, have never gone to a party. Well, I've gone to birthday parties, school dances, and ones for my mom and dad's work, but I've never gone to a party that has alcohol, teenage kids, dancing, loud music, drugs, and all that other stuff...

I don't want to go to one either. I don't know what could happen to me. I could get murdered. I'm never going to go to a party like that.

Finally, after all of those.. thoughts... I make it to my dorm. I'm dorm number 316. I put the key in the door and unlock it.

I slowly open the door and peek inside, just incase someone is in there. I don't see anyone in sight, so I fully open the door and go inside.

When you first enter the dorm, you are in the living room. The living room is big for a dorm, but it's Hexside College, so what do you expect?

I go into the room on the right side of the dorm closest to the entrance. I make this dorm my room, because the other room's door was closed, and this one was open. So, I just went in.

I'm going to have to go back to my house tomorrow and get some stuff from my room, because this dorm is really bland.

I put down my backpack next to my bed and decide to study, of course.

LUZ POV:

School is finally over, and I finally get to meet my roommate!! I'm not scared, I'm actually quite excited. I don't have anyone I don't like here, at least not yet

So, I don't have to worry about my roommate, yet. I just hope it's not someone that acts like a bitch. I hope it's someone I can hang out with, someone who is actually nice.

My dorm number is 316. It's not that far away from any of my classes.

I'm now at my dorm door, I put the key in the doorknob and twist it, it unlocks. I push the door open slowly, so I don't hit something.

The dorm looks bland, there isn't really any decorations. It's okay though, throughout the year, me and my roommate will get decorations for it.

I walk over to the right side of the dorm, where the rooms are. I notice both of the doors are closed, so I knock on the one on the left first. There was no answer, so I open the door.

If my other roommate has already been in here, I think they took the other room, because this room has nothing in it at all. So, I will make this one my room.

I set my backpack down next to my nightstand, and sit down on my bed. I then realize that I have to meet my roommate, so I get off of my bed just as fast as I got on my bed.

I make my way to the other room, and knock on it softly. I get no answer. I knock again, a little louder. Still no answer. I open the door, just a crack, and peek inside.

I see Amity. She has her headphones in and is sitting at her desk, humming to whatever song she is listening to.

I walk up to Amity, and look over her shoulder to see what she is doing, and of course, she's studying. I don't know what I expected.

I lightly tap on Amity's shoulder, and she jumps in response. She quickly turns around to face me, she looks very surprised. She then takes off her headphones.

"Oh- Hi Luz, are you my roommate," Amity asked, tilting her head up to look at me. "Uh, yeah, I am. I just wanted to say hi," I state.

"Oh, okay, wanna hangout," Amity asks. "Of course! We could watch a movie, if you want," I exclaim happily. "Okay, I'll make popcorn and you can wait here," Amity states, and she makes her way to the kitchen to make popcorn.

LUZ POV:

I wake up, stretching my arms and yawning. I accidentally hit something next to me. I open my eyes, and see Amity asleep next to me. 'What?? How did I get here?'

Oh. Right. We watched a movie last night, and we both fell asleep during it. 'I'm such an idiot.'

Anyways, I take back what I said about asking Cleo what's up with her. I do not have the courage to do that. If I ask her and it wasn't even her intention to follow me, what am I gonna do then? It would be awkward.

So, I'll just be friends with Cleo and see how it goes. I hope she's the way I thought about her on the first day. She seemed so nice.

I mean, she still does, but it's just my thoughts that are making her seem weird. It's just me. It's not Cleo.

My phone on my nightstand dings. I reach over and grab it. I open my phone and see a text.

A heart pops up by my message, I smile and put down my phone. I then get out of bed, trying not to wake Amity up, and go out to get breakfast for me and Amity.

"I think it's working," I say to Luna. "What's working," she asks, while turning around to face me. "My plan, with Luz, duh," I state. "Oh, right," Luna says, almost mumbling the last word.
