Once upon a time in 1942 on The Island of Sodor.A ship came in from Japan, there was a JNR Class 251 on it. There was a small harbor, Hiro was lifted up and was set on a siding, he saw no other engines and got to work. He was doing great working alone on the railway, he got named Master of The Railway due to it and his great reputation on his past railway. Hiro started hearing rumors of new engines coming, he started worrying about losing his title of "Master of The Railway" and heard that a new workshop was being made. He kept working too hard and started hearing rumors about old engines that worked on the line and theories on the standing stones.
One day, Hiro broke down and was sent to an old yard, he saw many scrapped items and cranes. He started missing home and thought he was soon going to be found by the missing boulder. It's 1958 and a rusted engine arrives in the yard. Two trucks arrive and they have a trailer attached. People get out and get a crane working, they move Hiro while Hiro has no idea what is going on. Hiro starts wondering if this is how the standing stone works. Hiro gets picked up and put on a trailer without his tender and he gets driven away.
It's hours later and Hiro arrives at another yard, Hiro gets unloaded in a yard that still looks like it's in operation. Hiro keeps on wondering what is going on until he asks the drove him here what is happening. The man replied with that he is trying to save things from being hurt with some friends and promised that he was going to repair Hiro one day. Hiro's tender arrives and the trucks drive away quickly. Hiro sits there, waiting for parts or someone to talk to. He started remembering his friends in Japan, He wanted to go home instead of staying in an abandoned area all the time.
People kept coming back and taking things until it was only Hiro in the old yard, until he heard a loud noise and a voice...
