Fee and El were sitting upstairs in Mike's room. Before he left he said something about his parents coming back home and that we should sit here quietly. But god, they've been sitting here for the past hour and Fee was getting bored. So she and El decided to check up on the boys. They went downstairs and saw the family having dinner. They walked past the dining room and Fee saw how Mike coughed up his milk. It took everything in her body to not burst out laughing at that moment. She and El walked down into the basement and Fee crawled into the blanket fort. She was tired but also hungry.

A little while later, El was playing with the supercomm again and Fee was just staring into the ceiling. The boys came downstairs with two plates in their hands. "El? Fee?" Mike called before he spotted them in the fort. He came towards them, the other boys just behind him. "No adults, just us and some meatloaf." he said. Fee sat up and took her plate and her fork. She began eating but El wasn't quite so sure. She was still eyeing the other two boys. "Don't worry" Mike began "They won't tell anyone about you guys, They promised. Right?" Mike went on.

"We never would have upset you two if we knew you had superpowers" Dustin reassured and Mike went to hit him lightly on his leg. "ow" "what dustin is trying to say is that they were just scared earlier. That's all." he explained. While he explained Fee noticed that the rest of her meatloaf was getting cold so she held up the plate on her palm and let her palm get hot so that i would warm up the food. Dustin was watching as the food started to steam again. "wow" he breathed out.

"We just wanted to find our friend" Lucas said. "friend?" El asked. Fee finished her food and set down the plate. "Yeah, friend?" she asked as well. "Yeah, friend. Will?" Lucas tried explaining. "What is a friend?" Fee asked cluelessly. "Is she serious?" Lucas asked again. 'Boy, this dude hates us'. Dustin just shrugged and Lucas tried again. "Uhm.. a friend is someone-" he was cut off by Mike. "Is someone that you would do anything for." he said. "You lend them your cool stuff like comic books and trading cards" Dustin said smiling slightly. "And they never break promise." Mike added. "Especially when there is a spit" Luas said. "Spit?" El asked.

"A spit swear means-" he then proceeded to spit in his hand "You never break your word." and shake his spit-hand with dustin's. "It's a bond". Dustin just looked at his hand very much grossed out by the gesture of the boy next to him. "That's super important because friends,  they tell each other things. Things parents don't know.".

After Mike said that, Fee though back to the lab. The missions to be exact and her partner in crime. Was that what they were? Friends? I mean the supposed parent didn't know about the coffee thing. They also didn't know that they once almost failed a mission because Fee wanted to throw a pebble at a guys head and her apparently friend did the same thing and with that move they almost blew their cover. Or that one doctor that was always checking up on her. The same one that let her keep that guitar that she found on a mission and would teach her during the little playtime she had. She actually was pretty good at it. But wow. Those were friends. She had friends! The thought of it put a smile on her face.

After another twenty minutes or so, Fee was looking around the basement for something to do. She wasn't used to doing nothing so she decided that she would find herself something to do. El went over to the dnd table and sat down. Everybody went over to see what she was up to. "What's the weirdo doing?" Lucas asked. El closed her eyes, concentrating. "El?" Mike asked in a worried voice. El picked up one of the figurines on the dnd board. It was a wizard. "Will" she said trying to say that the figurine represents Will. "Superpowers" Dustin said and Lucas just shook his head. "Did you see him? On Mirkwood?" Mike asked again. Fee, getting slightly annoyed with hearing the same question over and over said "No, we didn't". Mike just nodded.
