"what's his name!"

Alondra's  POV
"mmm come on" i said pulling away from her lips "mmm just two more minutes" she said not getting off my lap "you're being very demanding this morning" i said kissing her one last time before getting up. "did you seriously just leave me alone in bed" she asked "yeah our kid is awake so yeah" i said "i don't even hear him" she said and just like clockwork he started to cry through the monitor "mm go get dressed" i said throwing the pillow at her "asshole" she said throwing it back at me.

things have been crazy around here. it's our first day back at work after maybe a month and we need to go back desperately. "well good very morning little one" I said as i was picking up the baby who is now our kid. our son. "let's go find mommy" i whispered in his little ears giving him a side kiss. we walked into the bedroom and found her in the bathroom "ahh we found her" i said bouncing up and down to make him happy. i saw Amelia turn and her eyes lite up "ahh my boy" she said kissing his blush red rosy cheeks "do i have to leave him today" she asked taking him from my arms 

"we can always sneak him with us" i said going past her into our closet "but... then we wouldn't learn how to stay away from his adorable blue eyes" she said looking at him as she turned around facing me but she was still stuck on him. "your mommy is obsessed with you" i said laughing "names? we can't keep calling him kid" she told me "i liked both of the names you picked out my love" i told her walking out the bathroom into the bedroom with her following "but middle name" she said sitting down on then bed "derek?" i questioned "mark?" she said "we have sloan in his name that enough mark in him" i told her laughing

"i say we go with Christopher" she said looking at him as he slept "Christopher derek?" i said "sloan-shepherd" she looked up at me with a big smile "Christopher derek sloan-shepherd has joined the fam" i said with a smile then i heard her get up and she jumped into my arms wrapping her legs around me "what?" i asked her as she jumped down "we officially have a kid together! dude! we are moms!" she said smiling and doing this little dance and all i could do was look at her and her movements. many more reasons why i love this woman.

when we got to work that's when the water works came. we have been sitting in her office for maybe ten minutes because she can't go. "ames if you don't want to go in today you don't have to" i told her trying to comfort her "no because i want to work but....i don't want to leave him" she said as she was picking him up "looks like we will be here all day" i said walking back and forth "no! we are going to work after i say goodbye" she said then we heard her office door open "hey? you guys are back" it was Josephine "um? how did you get into my office" Amelia asked her 

"the door wasn't even closed all the way" she said which made me look at Amelia but she just shrugged her shoulders "ok anyways im here to give you documents" Josephine said then like midway she stopped talking "if you two are back and this is your first day back why're you guys in here?" she asked "because it's been a lot hard to leave him alone without us for more than an hour" i explained "and also i don't think im ready to be sent back to work" amelia said "ok well i have to go back to work but it was nice seeing you two" jo said as she left.

"so what are we just going to stay here the whole day" i asked her she had a smile on her face "we can walk around" she said standing up with him in her arms "no melia!" i said but she was already out the door "can you walk slower" i said catching up to her "look he likes it out here" she said "no he agrees with his mama that he wants to be inside" i said "relax babe" she told me pressing the elevator button. "there is so many germs on this elevator" i said looking around at the walls as the door closes

the ride was nice and short. the doors opened to arizona and kai "well hello you two" i said now we were walking with them. "long time no see heard you two had a son" kai said "that we did" amelia said leaning over a little so they get a peak at his face. "sloan i saw your name on the charts today" arizona said "i was supposed to come but" i said motioning towards amelia as she's talks with kai. "when will i see you again and working" she aksed me "possibly next week" i laughed "what's his name? you two are very secretive about him and y'all's life" she said "Christopher" i said with a smile.

we turned around to see them both looking down at him. "i know he's pretty cute" i said "would you like to hold him zona?" amelia asked her with a smile "i would be honored" arizona said then we heard footsteps "oooh are we having baby time" carina said "where did you come from? how'd you find us?" i asked her "you guys are kinda in the middle of the baby floor" she said trying to look at him right beside arizona. i saw amelia walk off to the side "you ok my love?" i asked her intertwining our hands "i think im ready to go back to work" she said which caught me by surprise.

"really? because i don't wnat you to feel pressured or anything" i said "yes! i was just worried he would have nobody here when we are gone... but seeing that made me believe otherwise" she said pointing at carina and arizona and kai all gathered around him and smiling. "he has a whole damn village i think he's good" i said laughing "so shall we return to work tomorrow" she asked facing my body
now "mhm i think so" i said kissing her lips multiple times in once. "god i love you so much" she said grabbing my face and kissing me again "mmm i love you more" i said laughing

"lovebirds hello? i think he needs his moms now" we heard a voice it was jo we somehow missed her coming in that little circle. we walked over to them and Amelia wrapped him in her arms to keep him warm. "can you tell us his name now" Josephine asked "oooh i know it" arizona said very proudly "ooh really what does it start with" jo asked "a c" arizona said "ahh easy it's carina!" carina joked around making us all laugh.
