Alondra's POV
when we got to the house we saw all the team of station 19 and they were in fact putting out the fire. "hey is everyone ok? what happened" I asked immediately hugging the kids "the minute you left the house got hit" maggie said
"so what now" Amelia asked i looked at her
"dude not the time" I said "what im just asking" she whispered back to me
the next couple of days have been quiet. nobody knew exactly what to do next with this happening. "hey what time are you guys going to Boston" Amelia asked Meredith who was in the kitchen. they have been staying here for the past days. "uh sometime today or tomorrow" Meredith said and then we heard the kids running in "do you need help moving anything" I asked her "well there's not much to move the house kinda has damage" Amelia said i pulled her closer to me by the waist.
"what?" she asked me "my love... watch what you say during this time" i told her "what it's not like someone died" she said "no but the house she grew up in and her kids did it burnt down" i said and then she gave me a look "would you be mad if i offered her a certain amount of money to rebuild a new house" she told me "i already tried that babe she declined my offer" I said kissing her forehead and letting her go from my arms.
"Meredith. if i give you-'' Amelia started but she shortly got interrupted "Amelia no." Meredith said "you didn't even hear her out" I said "you both are trying to give me money" she said "for a good reason" Amelia said "no to the both of you. im leaving for work" she said walking out the house. "welp i tried" Amelia said walking out the kitchen "mm do you wanna do something spontaneous" I asked her randomly just getting an idea. i saw her turn at her heels right before the bedroom door.
"i know our life has been crazy recently so maybe we should take a trip" i said "and where may we take that trip to" she asked me "Boston? we can both have time off and help Meredith without worrying" i said she just looked at me with a confused face. "babe i don't think you used the word spontaneous right" she said laughing "ok that's the same thing as me saying tomato or tomato" i said "no that's not the same thing? damn you need to take your ass back to school" she told me
she walked into the bedroom "are you calling me dumb" i asked her "no im saying that i have a higher gpa than you" she told me which she is totally lying. "who told you that" I said laughing "my grades" she said "you
wish" I said she was now laughing then she heard her phone "being paged! let's go" she said grabbing her jacket "keys?" I said looking around for them "here" she said tossing them to me and rushing out the door.
Amelia's POV
i was walking out of surgery when i bumped into the brunette "so did you finally use the word spontaneous right" I asked her "for your information! i did use it right" she said pulling me closer to her "you can't kiss me" i said covering her lips but instead she kisses my cheek "mmm hate these stupid hospital rules" she said then i heard someone behind us "sloan and shepherd" it was Bailey "yes?" sloan said
"what is this im hearing about you two yelling at the interns" she said i just stepped back because technically sloan talked to them most of the time. "no. i didn't i simply told them and who told you anyways?" she asked her "adams" Bailey said which im not surprised
he told her "oh- he just didn't like the fact that i was the one who told them" sloan said at the corner of my eye i saw him. "lucas! get over her now" I said and walked over leaving his intern friends behind. "bailey we have it from here" sloan said "you can't just yell at an intern" she told us
"he's basically our kid who quite literally doesn't listen to us" i said "well go yell at your kid somewhere private" she told us walking away. "lucas you can't just tell our boss we yelled at you guys" sloan said but she was calm about it "look we aren't mad at you we just would have just liked it if you told the truth" i said "no! stop acting like my moms and like you care about me" he said leaving. "well we tried" sloan said about to walk off but i pulled her "stop. he thinks we don't care about him" I said "ok well i will talk to him" she said
she was about to walk off again "seriously alondra" i said and she pulled me closer "look my love.. how about we invite him over and we talk to him" she said "really?" i said and she nodded her head "ok thank you" I said "always here to help" she said pulling me closer for a kiss.

sorry i kinda left you guys hanging and this will lead more into Alondra's backstory and how she dealt with her brother dying and all that.
im on break so i should be able to post more this week.
