Amelia's POV
"you need to go talk to your wife otherwise it won't work" addison said sitting on the couch next to me "maybe" i said "no! you will and i bet you your ass she misses you" she said "she's probably cheating on me again" i said looking at her "that's what you told her isn't it? she told me about something you told her that hurt her but wouldn't tell me what exactly" she said looking at me in disbelief and i just looked at her "you! she didn't cheat on you and you're the one who left her at the time so she kissed someone else! who cares get over it! and not to mention it happened years ago! both of you are fighting over something stupid" she said
"you know you aren't really helping me" i said
"that's because your wife is the one to help you" she said "well she left me for some work thing" i said "both of you are in the wrong and need to talk to each other" she told me getting up off the couch "ugh" i groaned picking up my phone
Alondra's POV
"so you left for a work trip and now Amelia is gone because she didn't believe you" Jackson said recapping everything i just said to everyone in the room. which is Arizona and kai and April and Jackson and Josephine. "yes and not to mention she took my kid" i said annoyed "was it a work trip?" blondie asked me i quickly turned and her voice "you shut up! and yes it was i had a patient in boston hints why meredith was with me when i called you jo" i said "well i figured that much out" Josephine said crossing her arms at me
"so you haven't talked to her since" april
asked "she hasn't picked up any of my calls or texts" i said "and she doesn't know you're back in seattle" Jackson asked "nope" i said "you guys have to be the most hot and complicated gay couple i have met" Josephine said making us all turn at her. then all of a sudden we heard a phone a ring. "omg! it's your phone ally!" the blonde screamed with excitement "cool your pants" Josephine said "im pretty sure it's calm your pants" kai said "really? i always thought it was hold onto your pants" April said making me all look at them "answer the phone ally" Jackson said breaking the noise.
"put it on speaker" i heard blondie whisper making me give her a look. i placed the phone down on the table and put speaker on. it was just me on the couch but then soon they all found a spot next to me to get closer and hear better. "hello?" i said "ally" it was Amelia's voice making them all jump and move around "hey?" i said looking around asking them what to say "ask her how she's doing" April whispered in my ear "how's the work going" she asked me then all of a sudden they all started doing this motion and mouthing stuff.
"actually... im in Seattle now" I said looking around at them and they all had thumbs up and smiling at me but then we heard just a loud silence "oh? when did you get back" she asked me her tone in voice changed "yesterday after i finished the surgery" i explained i looked around and they were all confused as to what was going on and so was i. "well i-'' she was cut off by the door and the voice of a singing Italian. Josephine grabbed the phone and put it on mute so she couldn't hear us. "carina shh" Jackson said "what's happening? why are we all together" she asked confused
"will explain later just bring your butt over here and quiet" i said and with that Josephine unmuted the phone but also we couldn't hear the past words of what Amelia said "but i love you" we heard her say i saw them all smile including me "i love you more" i said making them all push me because of the way we were talking "i will talk with you later?"
she asked "yes i will call you later" i said and then she hung up. they all started clapping and cheering "what the hell did she say before the i love you" i asked them if anyone caught that "well she-'' Josephine voice was cut off by the pretty Italians voice talking now.
"shh" i said covering her mouth making her give me her eyes "go on" i said "oh? she just said something about her coming back tomorrow" she said but i could tell she was still unsure about what Amelia said. i uncovered the Italians mouth me and her both gave each other a look. "so what are you going to do now" April asked "i guess we wait to see what happens" i said standing up "welp keep me posted on this almelia drama i will be on my way to working now" arizona said "oh definitely will" Josephine said with a laugh.
Amelia's POV
"so did you talk to that wife of yours" addison asked me as i was walking into the kitchen "yes! and turns out she's in seattle" i said and she gave me a confused face "wait? i thought you said she was at 'the work trip' thingy" she said doing the quotation marks "yea... we shouldn't do that hand thingy because turns out it was in fact a work trip and she's in fact not a cheater" i said feeling embarrassed
"and you took-'' she said but she didn't even need to finish her sentence "yep just going to start packing already booked my flight" i said feeling even more embarrassed because not only did i accuse my wife of cheating on me and which she wasn't but now i look like an idiot because if i just let her talk instead of getting mad we would be at home together right now.
