Chapter 9

Hero Finneas Tiffin

I stomp towards her room. Blood gushing through my veins. I was furious.

Who does she think she's? What does she want? Above all how dare she hurt my wife like that?

I can't comprehend anything. There's just so many things running around in my mind. It's all a mess right there in my mind. A big fat mess.

There so many questions I want to ask. There's only one person who can answer all of them. Hailey.

She's the only one who can clear this shit up.

Sighing I slowly raised my hand and knocked on the door. Soon enough the door opened. My eyes widen as I rake my eyes over her.

It's crystal clear she just had a shower. Her wet hair down on her shoulder as she stood in front of me in a bath rope.

"Hero? Do you want something?"

I shook my head, pushed passed her and head in the room. It's my house, I don't need no one's permission to enter any room in my own house.

I clench my fist trying to calm my heart beat. I was shaking was anger.

"He-"

"Cut the shit Hailey and tell me why did you told Freddie to do that?"
I breath out.

She looked at me with confusion before my words sink inside her and the colour drain off her face.

She looked at me with pale and dull eyes.

"So he told you everything? That sick bastard I told him not to."
She almost whispered it.

"Shut the fuck up! Don't you dare talk about my son like that!"

My blood was boiling at this point.

How dare she call my son a sick bastard ? Who does she think she is?

I stomp my feet in front of her and stood tall. My eyes rack down on her face. Her eyes demonstrating no amount of fear in it.

"I'm asking you one more time. Why did you do it?"
I mutter in intimidating low voice.

"And does it look like I'm scare of you? I was never afraid of you. Neither before nor now."

Confusion ran through my veins. Before?

I furrow my brows.

"Be-before? Who the fuck are you?"
I spat out.

She just chuckled and shake her head.

"I'm who I'm. It shouldn't concern you. Though put a little pressure on your mind I'm certain you'll figure out who I'm. You know me too well."

"Cut the crap and tell me who the fuck you are and why did you pull that shit or else I'm calling the police!"

Out of nowhere she began to tremble, tears pooled in her eyes as she joined her hand in front of me.

"No. Please. Don't call the police!"
She whimpered out.

Now I was utterly confused. One minute she's saying I know her too well and she ain't afraid of anything. The very next minute she's trembling and pleading when I threatened to call the police and now she's laughing like a maniac.

"Do you really think I'd be afraid of police? You really didn't changed. Go to police and I release the nudes of your wife and sex tape of you and her."

Blood drain off my face. My heart just stopped for a minute. N-nudes of Jo? How?

"Think before taking any step baby. I have nothing to lose and with just one click of my finger you'll lose your everything. She stretched out her hand as she explain the shit and laughed on my face while I stood there pathetically.

What do I do? How did she even get nudes of Jo? Our sex tape? How? How the fuck did she even recorded it?!

"Don't think too much baby. I have cameras in this whole house and you'll never be able to figure out where it is."

I couldn't seem to utter a single word. Everything was completely foggy in my mind. I couldn't comprehend what to do. Where to start, where to end.

Suddenly her eyes turned ice cold as she came close to me and whispered in my ears.

"Wanna know why I told Freddie to do that? Because he indeed is my child and I'll take him away from you both. She snatched everything from me. Now it's my turn. I'm. Not. Going. Anywhere. I'll ruin her."

She let out a evil laugh and went to open the door of the room.
