Chapter 21

I groan and shifted on the not so comfortable hospital bed when my phone kept ringing.

God who is it?! Why are they blowing my phone up?

Hero shifted beside me too and stretched his arm. 

"I'll get it", he muttered and got up from the bed. 

"It's Niall."

He passed over the phone to me. My brow pulled in confusion.

Why is he calling me?

I swiped up the green button and answered his call.

"Jojo? Dude where are you?"

"Why?" 

He let out a frustrated huff.

"This girl who has been staying at your place is not letting me breath. She has been on my nerve since you guys left. God she's way too clingy!" He whined over the phone.

I let out a chuckle and shook my head. 

Why is Juliet bothering him? Does she like him or something? I don't think so. 

"Umm does she like you?" I asked him. Hero stared at me in utter confusion trying to comprehend what is going on here. 

"Like me? Man she's totally in love with me! And she isn't even hiding it! Like she's been all over me ever since you guys have left!"

Narcissistic much?

"Aren't you too full of yourself?" I teased him. 

"No, I'm not but she's making it way too obvious." He huffed over the phone. 

I can only imagine what she's making him do or see. 

"Do you like her?", I cautiously inquired.

But his instant no told me the feeling isn't mutual. 

"Hell nah man! I don't! I mean she's beautiful and all but not my type." 

"Okay. Don't worry I'll be home by tonight." 

"Thank God, come fast Jojo!" 

"Yea, bye."

"Bye." 

I sigh and hung up the phone. 

"What's wrong?", Hero asked and took a seat beside me on the vacant space. 

I let out a small chuckle and shook my head. 

"Juliet is all over Niall. Ever since we came here she's eating his head. He says she likes him but I think she want him for his benefits. I think Juliet is too egoistic to like someone and make it very obvious that she like them. She's doing this on purpose." 

Hero wrapped his arm around my shoulder and pulled me in his side. His warm body instantly made me feel good and alive. 

"How's Indi?", I asked referring to our new born baby girl. On the cue she began to cry. Before I could get up Hero overtook my action and went over to her crib.

"Owe what's wrong baby? Why are you crying? Are you hungry?" 

I almost teared up seeing this side of him. 

The way he was holding her so preciously like a gem, like she'd break apart if he'll hold her too tight. He slowly with small steps came to me and carefully hand her over to me. I smiled at the site of her. She hasn't got much her hair on her head, her soft red cheeks were so cute. 

I quickly unhooked the button near my chest and rubbed the nipple against her cheek just like the nurse told me to. Soon enough she was sucking on it. It didn't feel weird but something different. Well what do you expect? It's not like i have been breastfeeding for years. 

I looked up only to find Hero standing there and staring at me with a smirk dangling on his lips. 

"What?"

He shook his head with a stupid grin on his face. 

"What Hero?", I urged him to answer. 

He flashed me a cheesy grin. 

"You just flashed me.", he muttered. I stared at him confusion. Flashed him what? 

"Flashed you what?" I asked utterly confused. He just smirked and point towards my chest. I looked down and realised what he's talking about. 

God! When will he grow up? He's father of two now. 

I smiled a little and looked at him. 

"When will you grow up, H? You're father of two now. " 

He shrugged and fold his arm against his chest. 

"Well there's nothing wrong with little fun." 

I shook my head in disappointment. 

"Jojo? " 

"Hmm?" I replied without looking up, my eyes strained on my baby girl who was almost asleep now that she was full. 

"I have a plan and I think Niall can help us with it."

I look at him. 

"What plan?" 

He sat beside me and placed his hand on our baby's head. 

"Tell Niall to take her out on a date." 

How will this help us? 

"I don't understand, elaborate please." 

He nod and commenced. 

"By the time she'll be on date with him, we will take C with us, she can hack the camera and then she'll only see what we want her to and then we can get her information out and delete everything she has against us and then she'll be out of our life. What do you say?" 

He raised his brow, urging me to approv for his plan. 

It's not bad but very risky. 

"But-" I tried to reason out but he shook his head and placed his hand on my thigh. 

"No but Jo, this is our only way now." 

"It's too dangerous. What if she'll figure it before we do anything and hurt Niall? I can't put his life on risk. We don't really how dangerous she can be." 

"But Jo we have to try." He emphasis.

"You do realise if this plan doesn't work it will ruin everything between us." 

He stared at me for a while before he shook his head. 

"I know but this is our only way out now."

I sigh and approved. 

"Okay. I'll talk with Niall now." 

He lean in and pressed a kiss on my forehead. 

"I love you." I muttered. 

"I love you too." He pressed yet another kiss on my forehead. 

I closed my eyes and prayed for my family. This plan will either ruin everything between us Or will sort everything out. I hope it's the second one.
