Despite attending the same college, Wanda and Y/N have never crossed paths. That is until today. Wanda's course, 'TV and Film,' has a new joint assignment with the Animation students.

Together in groups of four they must create a short advertisement with the use of animations, voice acting and live-action actors.

No one was looking forward to it. Group projects never end well, especially when you're forced ro work with people you've never met before. Being a year into college and finally settled with your classmates then throwing in a whole bunch of new people is a recipe for disaster.

"The animation students will be joining our class today, then I and Nick will randomly assign your groups." Stephen Strange says, earning multiple groans. "Before you all start shouting obscenities at me, you're getting marked individually so your teammates won't affect your own score. Happy?"

"'Least you could do, Doc." Pietro grumbles, Strange sending a playful glare his way at the nickname the class adorned him. No one goes by 'Sir' or 'Miss' here, unless they think they're a Secondary School teacher in disguise.

"Alright, alright, chat amongst yourselves while we wait on their arrival."

Pietro and Wanda instantly start discussing how they'll rig the system to get put in the same group. The system being a hat filled with everyones name...

"Let's just promise that if either of us need help and we aren't in the same group we'll still back each other up. Sound good?" Pietro suggests.

"Yeah," Wanda nods. "Perfect."

Before anyone can fully relax, Fury pops up at the door with a fleet of young adults. "Strange." He greets, sending a meaningful nod Stephen's way. "Don't you just love these collabs they have us do?"

"Totally, love it when the higher ups mess with my schedule." He mocks, motioning the crowd inside. "Alright people, everyone stand up against the wall. Pretend it's seat changing day in Primary School."

This earns a few forced laughs from the students, but most just wear an exaggerate scowl. Once everyone's lined up like an identity parade, Fury drops his begins shaking Stephen's hat all about the place.

"Like I told my class, this will be random. No changes allowed." Strange says, though he himself doesn't sound too impressed.

Wanda and Pietro are immediately crestfallen as Pietro is paired off with three others during the first pickings. Wanda's stomach grows restless, churning with anxiety as she awaits her name. Why are these moments always so nerve-wracking? Even secret santa pickings leave her with an abundance of butterflies.

"Wanda, Peter, Y/N and Yelena." Fury announces, nodding to the two of his students and searching for Strange's in the crowd. "You lot sit there." He lazily points to a free table before moving on.

Wanda's grateful to have at least one of her own classmates with her, that being Yelena. She can't help but watch as strangers walk toward the same table as her. They look nice enough, but looks can be decieving, right?
