This one shot is on Jade West from the show, 'Victorious.' The picture attached above is Jade aka Liz Gillies. 😊

Jade West makes her route to the seat she's been accustomed to for a few years now, Beck beside her, stretched out lengthily. They haven't been dating for a while now, a year maybe, and they're finding their relationship is much stronger when platonic. Jade isn't sure if she loves Beck the way he loves her. She's been thinking about it lately after having a talk with Cat who, for once, was pretty clear. She was describing how much she adores her boyfriend, whom Jade still hasn't met, and how she always feels her best around him...but when Jade thinks back to her time with Beck all she can remember is fighting. Sure the start was great, amazing even, but Jade just can't muster up any significant feeling of love - in the way Cat explains it - towards Beck.

Sikowits snaps Jade out of her haze with a hefty crash through the window, his coconut still firmly grasped in his palm. "Good morning everyone." He gleefully grins at everyone, balancing himself again. "Would anyone happen to have a straw?" He questions, eyeing each student in front of him. After a surrounding no, he sulks, taking one of his own from his pocket. "Good thing I've got my trusty extra straw always with me." He slips his straw into place and takes a long exasperating slurp.

"We have a new student today." He trots around the stage, a drunken look to him. "Y/N?" There's no response.

"Oooo. I like that name, Y/N." Cat giggles to herself, turning to Jade. "Don't you, Jade?"

"It's irritating and so are you." Jade gives cat a feigned smile before turning her focus back on her hands, which she has been playing with absentmindedly for the past five minutes.

"Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed." Rex retorts before Robbie covers his mouth. André quickly changes the subject, not prepared for another broken Rex in the mix.

"Was this girl supposed to be with us?" He asks, not caring for an answer. Sikowits simply hushes him, chucking his coconut to Tori before skipping to the door, opening it wide to reveal a startled girl. All eyes are on her instantaneously, forcing the girl to make eye contact. Y/N darts her eyes around the room, praying for them to look away. She rests her eyes on Sikowits, who begins to introduce her to the class...in his own special way.

Jade however was ignoring him completely, her attention fully entranced by the new girl before her. Jade scans her over quickly as her stomach twists and turns in ways she doesn't understand. She shifts uncomfortably, instinctively placing her hand to her stomach. She wasn't hungry - she'd just had a hearty breakfast - and she's sure she hasn't caught a bug off anyone.

Ignoring the feeling Jade continues to enjoy her view, embracing every feature she can before she's found noticeably staring. Y/N has soft features, subtle. Her eyes were a lovely y/e/c - long lashes and y/h/c hair enhancing her beauty. It was evident she was a warm character from her endearing and friendly smile that she sends to the class once Sikowits is done with his dance.

Jade can hear people conversing, but her mind is still focused primarily on Y/N. She couldn't escape. Y/N has her captured and they haven't said a single word to each other. Jade attempts to change her focus to something else, but that quickly backfires once her mind zones back in on her fluttering stomach. She turns in her seat, trying anything to rid herself of whatever she was feeling.

"Are you alright? Do you need the bathroom or something?" Beck asks Jade quietly, wary that he could easily be shoved off his seat.

"No." Jade mumbles, surprised by how timid she sounds. Beck gives her a questionable look, but leaves her be nonetheless.
