Two years after the death of his best friend and former partner in crime, Steve Rogers, James and Dahlia Barnes have moved on. They're happy, they're in love, they're godparents to Aster and Cleo Maximoff.
And most importantly, they've established themselves as the King and Queen of Los Angeles. With the help of mayor, Sam Wilson, they rule the city with an iron fist, controlling territory and running money and drugs to fund Barnes Towers, and its seedy underbelly.
