Xelqua woke up in the room that he had inside the council headquarters, this time without a headache which did make him believe that they were caused by the alternate reality, he was glad to wake up without pain. He didn't know how much the other council members would remember, if they didn't remember much he didn't want to remind them about Astaria since he didn't know if she would want them to know in this reality. He also wondered if it was a dream but saw that many months had indeed passed. He assumed that many of the same storylines such as the mayoral race and the start of the resistance were the same but he would have to go and check with the hermits after he had worked things out with his fellow council members. He quickly got ready into his purple robes, he put his watcher mask in his pocket since nobody should be in the area he was going to go through to reach the council room.

When he arrived he thought that he would have had to have called a meeting but it seemed that everyone, with the exception of the High Leader. He didn't know where she would be and he couldn't really just ask her to show up either. He was wondering where she was in the alternate reality since he didn't see her or hear anything about her when they were there. The council members had all pulled up chairs into the middle, way the most of their meetings had been lately. Xelqua pulled a chair as well and went to the free gap between Blaze and Cirrus to sit down. They weren't talking when he arrived but he didn't want to start talking and say too much so he just waited to see if anyone else would say a word.

It didn't take long for someone to finally speak up, "So I'm assuming we all somewhat remember the... whatever it was," Hayden said, he didn't seem as though he remembered everything Xelqua thought.
"Yeah, but I don't quite remember everything," Cirrus admitted, "I can remember the first few months but the last day, including the last fight, is a bit blurry,"
"It's the same for me," Zyrex said, "I can remember the changes as well like it was some sort of dream on top of reality,"

Everyone seemed to share the same sentiment, so they probably didn't remember Astaria, Xelqua thought. "I think the blur actually started when you showed up Xelqua," Lysabel said.

It seemed to click in everyone's minds that around the time that Xelqua showed up was when the blur appeared for the rest of them, Xelqua needed to think of his next move fast. "Didn't you also have someone else with you?" Via asked.

He decided that he would tell them that it was the same person who had saved him but once again he would not reveal her name or anything more than what he needed to. "The white-haired person was the one who was with me," he explained, "She wasn't affected by the spell and then on that last day she managed to get into the Hermitcraft server and help me regain my memories. We then had the watchers attack the server but we managed to hold them off. That's when we ended up in the admin territory with you guys,"

"I can remember the two of you showing up, as well as you two managing to negate the magic cuffs. I don't remember how or anything that happened when we were questioning you," Lysabel said, rubbing her head.

"I don't really know either, it was the white-haired watcher who managed to do that," He partially lied, he didn't want to mention her being an admin as well without her permission.

"I can remember the white-haired watcher as well now," Gryff said, "She seems to be very involved with everything that is happening. As far as we know the only people who weren't affected by the spell were the ones who cast it. What if she is actually more involved than what we originally thought?"

Xelqua didn't really know what to say since he could say that he knew that she was okay and that because of all that he learnt that he trusted her, because he wasn't really supposed to know her. The council only saw her as someone who seemed to only be helping Xelqua and even after she had helped so much with fixing the reality they didn't actually remember that.

"For now we need to focus on fixing things, it seems that things that happened in that reality stay the same here," Lysabel said.

Xelqua was now properly noticing the differences in his friends from before the wrong reality. Lysabel's hair was still short, and Via's was still dyed but Xelqua had no doubt that when she had the chance she would change it back to match with her twin because he knew that as much as they fought they enjoyed matching. Kelin's hair was still shorter while Blaze's was longer, Xelqua didn't know whether or not he was going to cut it again, there were also still visible scars on Neferus' face. Xelqua hadn't changed much during the alternate reality since all of his time was spent at Hermitcraft, he didn't really understand how he had the freewill to leave before it actually became him doing it, but he also didn't think that he would ever understand most of everything that went into making the reality as well as what happened to everyone in that reality.
