Fallen Guardian

28. Avenging Angel

Pain is radiating through and off a broken angry angel who has such fericeness coming off him it's almost impossible to even get close to him without holy fire striking you down without him even trying.

His chest heaves as he stares at Endeavor with vengeance in glowing gold eyes that still hold tears.

" You, you'll pay for what you've done to him! Pay for going against everything a guardian is! Pay for taking him from me!!!"

Endeavor begins to back up and away from the angel who at the moment is terrifying to even him.

He's still confused, still unsure how Izuku is an angel after falling and having his wings stripped. But there's no denying that he is in fact an angel and by the looks of him, an extremely powerful one.

He tries to stammer words through his fear and confusion once more.

" I .. I don't understand this! You must be some kind of abomination because there is no way for you to have this power as a human or.. or an angel for that matter!" , he yells even tho his voice is laced with fear.

Izuku's eyes glow brighter as he takes steady unwavering steps forward.

" The only abomination here is you! And you think Touya is the evil one?! The son that you put through sheer hell even as you hid behind heaven's gates?! You lied to me, threatened Kacchan's life if I didn't stay away from him, you were reprimanded by All Might and even after that you came here and took him from my side and now you have the nerve to stand before me and call me the abomination?!!!"

His words are bitter, full of hurt filled anger.

He moves closer now backing one of heaven's leaders to a steal beam of an unfinished highrise.

" Why, tell me why. Why you would take him before his time!", Izuku breathes out with anger.

It doesn't take a genius to see Endeavor is frightened in a way he's never been before as he tries to get his words out, but the avenging angel has no patience for the pause.

" ANSWER ME!"

A dark angel that had been watching in amazement from the shadows now steps out answering the question for his father who he will always loathe in the deepest ways.

He speaks with a voice dripping with hatred, like black silk coated with poison.

" I bet I know why."

Izuku snaps his head in the direction of the voice eyes still glowing with fire.

Touya meets the gaze tho it's blinding and difficult to look into.

" Easy there little brother, I'm on your side remember?"

Izuku nods at the familiar angel with eyes of deep glowing blue.

Touya smirks at him then steps up next to him eyes glaring at his so called father.

Endeavor narrows his eyes as he scoffs.

" Makes sense that the two abominations would hang out together."

Touya chuckles.

" Like Izu said, only abomination here is you. And I know why you took down the hot head. You were always jealous over Izuku, always hated that All Might loved him, treated him better than you or Shoto. You always thought that Izuku was privileged and you hated that, isn't that right old man?"

Endeavor scowls at his son.

" He was privileged! He always got all the credit for things Shoto was better at!"

The dark angel laughs.

" Bullshit. You actually believe you're own self righteous garbage don't you ? Shoto was never half the guardian Izuku was. He wasn't nearly as protective or gentle with his charges. Izuku knew how to be both ferice and gentle and that's a gift you and that lap dog brother of mine both lack."
