Katsuki would like to say his work day was going normal, like any other day on the top of a 30-story high rise like it has been for the last three years he's been doing it, but once you find out you have a hot guardian angel following you around all day things are anything but normal.
The blonde has discovered that as cool as this is its also difficult as fuck because Katsuki wants to talk to Izuku as he works, but he can't, not without looking like a complete lunatic since no one else can see the greenett and currently he can't either and if he's being honest he kinda hates that.
He moves to the other side of the building away from prying eyes. Picking up steel beams.
" Oi, you're here right?"
Izuku watches his charge with a smile. Katsuki had wanted to ask him a million questions last night before the greenett insisted he sleep.
He scrunches his face suddenly tho because if he's invisible he normally can't be heard, but he knows the blonde had definitely heard his voice the day Katsuki leaped from the building so he tests this again.
" Yes, I'm always here Kacchan"
Izuku watches a slow smile form on the blonde.
He raises a brow.
" Can you hear me?"
The handsome blonde nods yes trying not to look like a crazy person talking to air.
" Wow, that's new. Normally if I'm invisible I can't be heard. I wonder what's different. Could be because I revealed myself to you so now we have a connection, tho I've never heard of that, tho I've never really known anyone that revealed to a charge, so I guess it's possible", the greenett mumbles with his hand on his chin eyes furrowed in thought.
Katsuki actually rolls his eyes with a smirk.
" Damn, you always mutter like this?"
Emerald eyes snap to his charge who has a smirk on his handsome features as he works.
The angel blushes slightly.
" I can't help it, I'm not use to being able to speak with anyone while I'm with a charge so I've grown used to just mumbling to myself mostly, sorry"
Katsuki chuckles.
" Don't be sorry, it's cute as fuck"
Izuku raises a surprised brow, that blush growing.
Katsuki grins as he continues to work.
" Bet you're all flustered and shit now cause I called you cute"
The angel puffs his cheeks grateful he's hidden.
" W-what? No... I'm fine"
Katsuki chuckles.
" Sure whatever you say, angel boy"
Izuku rolls his eyes but just as he's going to reply he sees something that makes his heart leap into his throat.
As the blonde was cursing trying to yank free a stuck beam, the metal finally came loose only to have Katsuki stumble back at the suddenness as he fall backward off the building so fast the green-eyed angel hardly processed it.
Angel wings burst out, fully expanding as he leaps behind his charge catching Katsuki from behind holding his torso in a bear hug-like grip, his heart hammering wildly.
Katsuki is in shock at the whole thing the fall and being caught mid-air. He can feel the pressure on his back so he knows the greenett is there.
" Dammit, Kacchan! You.... you have to watch what you're doing! You scared me to death!", the angel pants.
