It was late afternoon in the town of Elmore. Most people would probably prefer to stay inside this later in the day as it was just before the evening when it began to get particularly cold.

Darwin however wasn't really bothered by it and was currently on his way to the park to meet Carrie, who requested he needed her there.

She wouldn't tell him why but she had sounded very excited on the phone so he assumed she probably had something planned for him.

He arrived at saw her floating on a bench. She noticed him and smiled, waving at him. "Darwin!"

"Hey Carrie!" He smiled excitedly and walked over, sitting next to her.

She gave him a kiss on the cheek. "I'm really glad you could come! I hope I didn't interrupt anything though."

"No, I was just watching TV, and I was bored anyway. I was glad to come. So, why did you want me to come anyway? You sure seemed excited by whatever it is!"

"The other day I was browsing the mall, and I saw something in one of the shop windows and I don't know why but it just reminded me so much of you, and I found it so funny that well...I just couldn't resist getting it!"

"Ooh, what is it?! Or is it a surprise?"

"Well, that's the thing...I was gonna save it until Christmas and surprise you with it, but..." She began to grin, unable to contain her excitement. "I just can't wait to show you it! It's so stupid and I don't know why I find it so funny, and I just really wanna see your reaction to it!"

"Ooh, a surprise? Awesome, I love surprises!" He began to smile. "Where is it?"

"Close your eyes, and don't open your eyes until I tell you to!"

"Okay..." He raises his eyebrow confused, but closes his eyes.

He closed his eyes and, to his confusion he heard her teleporting away.

"Carrie? Where did you go? Carrie?"

He realized she wasn't there anymore and was tempted to just open his eyes again and look for her, but he trusted her and decided to just wait.

After waiting for around 20 seconds he finally heard her teleport back again.

"Okay, I'm ready! Open your eyes!" He heard her holding back her laughter as she spoke.

He opened his eyes. "Ta-da!" She called out, her arms held out wide as she had a large grin on her face, as she barely kept her composure.

A smile began to form on his face again, and he couldn't help but burst into a fit of giggles at what he saw.

She was wearing an oversized light-up Christmas sweater, one that was so big on her it covered her entire body and the sleeves were longer than her arms, the end flopping down, so all that was visible was her head sticking out of the top.

On the front was a llama wearing sunglasses and a Santa hat, and it was playing a chiptune rendition of 'We Wish You A Merry Christmas'.

She saw his reaction and couldn't help but burst into tears of laughter herself, holding her stomach as she was laughing so hard. "Ahhahahahahaha! I...I told you it was stupid! I...I don't know why I find it so...so funny, but I just can't stop laughing whenever I see it!"

Whilst she caught her breath, smiled and let out a chuckle. "I love it! I mean, I've no idea how it reminds you of me, but just seeing you laughing so genuinely at it makes it absolutely worth the purchase!"

"Aww, Darwin..." She replied, feeling touched, as she wiped her tears with her sleeve.

Darwin noticed she was still grinning wildly and giggling quietly and began to grin himself.

"Aww, come here you!" He held out his arms and Carrie accepted and floated over.

The two hugged, and went to kiss but stopped when they heard the click of the button on her sweater, as Darwin's body pressed against it, and it began to repeat the chiptune music again, causing the two to burst into laughter again.
