12 |Much Surprise|

Baguio was known to be cold most of the time, especially in the early mornings and right now the weather makes it even colder due to the rain that kept pouring since last night. After the little performance Shimmer performed last night, the rain started pouring down which made her look outside the window to witness another performance of the rain dancing on the leaves of trees and roofs of the town houses and inns. She was engrossed listening to the music the rain made outside and had forget that she was with someone inside the room. Zeke kept calling her name but she was on another planet, gracing it with her majestic beauty.

She eventually felt sleepy and just zoned in once again, the performances outside carried on. She then crawled in her nest and dozed off. She didn't even notice the man who was still on his bed waiting for her to rest. He was thinking while staring at her back when she was still by the window looking outside, the guitar on the floor. She looked enchanting.

Shimmer awoke before her alarm rang. Stretching out her limbs she stood up and walked to the window before sitting down on the stall chair she had sat down last night. She gave a glance at the bed to where Zeke had slept and saw the man just sitting up. She gave him a small smile before turning her back at him, facing the window but not before folding her legs up, hugging it. Phone in hand, she flicked through it and looked for the most adventurous spots in Visayas area.

"Good morning." Zeke greeted making her looks up at him. She didn't notice him approach her and now stood close to her that she can smell his intoxicated scent. The scent Shimmer loved to smell.. from him. As weird as it sounds.

"Hi. Good morning." she greeted back offering him a smile. She then take in his appearance, his bed hair still looks good on him making him attractively hot, undoubtedly so, not to mention his sculpted body who was gracing her making her see stars in the morning light.. She shook her head halting her uncensored thoughts and completely stopped staring at him before she found herself drooling.. That would be embarrassing. Instead, she looked away and turned her gaze back on her phone.

"What do you like to eat for breakfast?" she asked while closing her phone and brought her legs back down.

"I usually have a cup of coffee for breakfast," he answered shrugging his shoulders. Shimmer stood up from the chair and turned to face him which was not a good idea, she realized, considering a hair breathe close they were in their current position. She take a step back fully aware that her cheeks were getting red.

"I'll g-go grab you something to eat then.. And coffee," she said before leaping out of the door. Zeke just stared at her retreating back a small smile formed on his cheeks. How easily this woman get flustered. He thought.

"You think we can make it to the airport before seven?" she asked Zeke who just climbed in the driver's seat buckling his seat belt.

"Yes. But I told you there's no need to catch the flight for Cebu. I have called Lucas last night, the jet is waiting for us there." he said reminding her of what he said before they came down from the inn. When Shimmer got back from getting their food for breakfast he told her that there's no need to book tickets for their Visayas trip. They're going to use his private jet so that they could save time and couldn't met unnecessary hassles on their way.

"Right. Okay," her only replied.

Just how rich this man was? Shimmer thought when they had boarded in. She knew that Zeke was a Godly billionaire but she was still surprised when she saw the jet's interior. The aircraft was magnificent!
