The next day arrived and the sky soon turned dark blue. I had to convince my parents to let me stay out a little longer after I was discharged from the hospital.
I had to lie, telling them that me and some of my friends just wanted to hang out to get our minds off the recent events.
I found out earlier that Yaoyorozu and Midoriya were approached by Kirishima and Todoroki too, and they both have come to agree on going along. We met up together at 8 and left the hospital together, approaching the two guys and...Rui?! Haruka?!
"Rui, Haruka, hi," I said, stunned. Rui gave a soft wave while Haruka returned with a "Hello".
Kirishima stepped forward, "Yaoyorozu, I let Yaoyorozu reply first, but we were cut off.
"Wait!" A voice interjected. Iida?! "Iida?" Kirishima said.
"Why... Why did it have to be you guys out of all people?! The ones who stopped me when I acted recklessly for personal reasons... you two, who received amnesty with me... why are you trying to make the same mistake I did?! It's too much!"
I furrowed my brows, he was referring to Midoriya and Todoroki. "What are you talking about?" Kirishima responded, walking up to our class rep. But Todoroki and I stopped him, letting Iida proceed.
"We're still minors. U.A is in a bad enough position as it is. Who will take responsibility for your actions? Don't you understand?!" Iida rasped.
Midoriya intervened, "Iida, it's not like that. We don't think it's okay to break the rules eit—" Iida raised his fist and punched Midoriya in the face before he couldn't finish his sentence, leaving the rest of us frozen in shock.
"I'm frustrated too!" He yelled, a pained frown stretching over his face. "And worried! It's only natural! I'm the class representative! I'm worried about my classmates, not just Bakugo! When I saw your injuries, I also saw my brother in his sickbed!"
He took a puff, "What if your bodies end up irreparable, like my brother's because of your recklessness?! Are you saying that you don't care about my worries?"
Rui took a step forward, "Iida—"
Iida clasped onto Midoriya's shoulders, "Are you saying that you don't care about how I feel...?" Midoriya tried to say something but Todoroki did instead, telling him that we don't expect to face them head-on and win either, and that we'd extricate Bakugo without fighting.

"In other words, covert action!" Kirishima added. "That's the only way we can fight without breaking the rules," Rui affirmed. "My quirk wasn't enough to protect Shoji from losing a duplicate of a hand nor was it able to save Bakugo. So at least this time... I want to help."
"I trust Todoroki. But, so that I can stop them if anything happens, I plan to accompany them as well," Yaoyorozu firmly said.
Iida was perturbed while Kirishima was elated to hear that she was willing to tag along.
