Hope you enjoy! 💗
————"Well, it's almost time for summer vacation, but of course, it wouldn't make sense for you to rest for the whole month," Aizawa said.
"Don't tell me..." Kaminari muttered as he turned to look at Kirishima. "During summer vacation, we'll have a training camp in the woods!" Our homeroom teacher announced."I knew it! Yes!" Most of the class cheered.
"Let's test our corporation!" Mina beamed. "Baths!" Mineta added. "Fireworks!" Tsuyu cheered. "Open air baths!" Mineta continued. "Curry," Iida said happily. "Hot spring!" Mineta spoke again."Woah..." I said, taking a bit of time to process it. "A camp!"
"Hopefully it's worth it. I want to stay up and watch movies!" Haruka said. "Sounds fun!" Rui smiled.
We continued chatting as the rest of the class talked in excitement."However. Those who do not pass the final exam before that...will be in summer school chaos!" Aizawa says sternly.
"Everyone, let's do our best!" Kirishima encouraged. "Yeah!" I smiled.
"Girls, do your best!" I heard Mineta say from the other side of the classroom. "Shut up!" Jiro chided.———
"Okay, that's it for class. There's only one week left until the final exams. You all are studying properly, right? I'm sure you already know, but it won't just be a written exam. There's also a practical component. Make sure you train your minds and bodies at the same time. That's all."Aizawa informed as soon as the bell rang, leaving the classroom."I haven't studied at all!" Kaminari and Mina shouted. But Kaminari looked more terrified while Mina looked oddly proud or laid-back about it.
"With the sports festival and internship, I didn't study one bit!" Kaminari panicked. "It's true that we had one event after another, but..." Tokoyami muttered.I thought back to my recent late-night studying sessions and sighed. Now that internships are out the way, I could focus more on it. English came naturally to me but my Japanese needed work.
Quite a number of the others went to Yaoyorozu for help since she insisted on helping them with the written exam. Honestly, I'm sure I can do well. I'll just have to be wary and train extra hard! ...I have training with Bakugo after school...he's gonna be giving us tough training today since our practical is coming up... I'm so tired.
"Oi, Kanami," Bakugo said as he hit my desk.
"Yea?"
"Get ready, we're training extra hard today." He warned. However, he spoke without looking at me. He was glaring at Midoriya instead, who was distracted by his notebook.Ah, he's still mad.
"Alright." I casually said.
I noticed Kirishima walking over to us from the corner of my eye. "Kanami! Bakugo and I are gonna study together tomorrow. You guys hang out often, why don't you tag along? Need help with anything?"
"Oh, uh... Well, I guess I could use a bit of help in Japanese.""We'll go through Japanese and Math for you idiots then." Bakugo sneered, returning to his desk.
Kirishima scooted over. "Typical Bakugo behavior but he sounds scarily passively mad."
I took a second to process what he just said, "Yeah,"I pointed at Midoriya with my thumb and eyes.
He sighed and grinned, unamused. "Expected,"Besides the long week I had ahead of me, good news eventually came. After lunch, we were informed that Kendo from Class 1B found out from an upperclassman that the practical exam was gonna be us fighting against robots.
Kaminari practically erupted into joy, "Oh, it'll be easy if it's robots!"
"Yeah, yeah!" Mina added.
"Huh? Really? That means I can pass, no problem!" I gleamed, but I lowered my voice.
