While walking to my bus stop, I was stopped by a couple of pedestrians congratulating me for winning third place.
"I was cheering for you! You're really strong."
"You were so close, good job!"
"Keep working hard, hero!"

A tipped my head forward with a slight bow as I walked. Once I was further away, I walked quickly to the bus stop.
And on the bus, the same thing happened—an overflow of words of encouragement. I fidgeted with my fingers, this was sort of overwhelming.

"It's different when they broadcast the matches on TV after all, huh? So many people talked to me on the way here!" Mina said. "I know right," I said.

"Yeah, me too!" Kirishima added. "People were staring at me, too. It was kind of embarrassing!" Hagakure said. "Isn't that normal for you, Hagakure?" Ojiro laughed.

"I had some elementary schoolers suddenly tell me 'don't worry about it.'" Sero said, feeling a little upset about it. "Don't worry about it!" Tsuyu says. Sero, clearly ashamed about it, groaned. We laughed in unison before Aizawa interrupted.

By the time he greeted us good morning. We were already seated. "Good morning!"

"Ribbit? Mr. Aizawa, your bandages are gone. I'm glad, '' Tsuyu pointed out. "The old lady went overboard with her treatment. More importantly, we're having a special hero informatics class today.'' Aizawa said

What is it gonna be about?
"Special"?

"You'll be coming up with hero names." Mr. Aizawa announced, which sent the whole class into enthusiastic chatter. "We're gonna do something exciting!" We all cheered joyfully. But Aizawa shot a glare at us, making us settle down in our seats again.
"This is related to the pro hero draft reports I mentioned the other day. The drafts will begin in earnest in the second and third years after students have gained some experience and can become immediate assets to the pros. In other words, for them to extend offers to first-years like you shows that they are interested in your future potential. These offers are often canceled if that interest dies down after graduation." Aizawa explained. "So we'll have to prove ourselves once we get picked?" Hagakure asked. "That's right. And here are the totals for those with offers" Aizawa said. Then, many offers for each student appear on the screen.

I got...1912 offers! Wow—

"In other years, it's been more spread out, but all eyes were on Kanami, Haruka, Todoroki, and Bakugo. Todoroki and Bakugo the most, though." Aizawa said.
While the class talked, I heard Todoroki say that his offers were probably because of his father.
"Gah, such a big difference!" Kaminari sighed disappointedly. "Those pros don't know a good thing when they see one!" Aoyama puffed. "Todoroki's first, and Bakugo's second...?" Jiro said. "It's the opposite of their placement in the sports festival," Kirishima added. "Some people are too scared to ask for a guy who had to be restrained on the podium." Sero laughed. "What're the pros scared of?!" Bakugo rebutted in anger.

"Kanami, you got a lot of offers!" Midoriya said.
"I think part of it is because of my parents," I said. "Similar to Todoroki's case, my father's a pro hero and my mom works in the public hero safety commission."
"Which pro hero?!" Midoriya asked eagerly. "Oh- Uhm, ever heard of the name Oxbow?" I said. "He's a pro hero who owns that big fire department agency right? He has a bunch of people in his agency that specializes in firefighting and rescue!" He said chattily. "Yep!" I smiled. "This is so cool!" Midoriya squealed, writing in his notebook. "Imagine how cool it would be if you could shoot water from your soles too, it'd be amazing!"

"Yeah, I guess that would be cool." I laughed, peering at his notebook. The pages were filled with words from one corner to the next with a cute drawing of the hero in the middle. I've never really met someone so openly curious about powers.
