"Hey, um, I'm gonna go check up on Will."

I got up and walked in his room. He looked up and smiled. I closed the door behind me.

"Is your movie finished?" He asked still petting the dog.

"N-No, I just needed to use an excuse to get up."

He looked confused and I sighed. I sat next to him and started playing with the pup's ears.

'I shouldn't bring it up, he might've forgotten everything about me and Steve.
'What if he told his friends? No, Will wouldn't do that.
'And Steve? I'm 17. He started hitting on me.
'Jonathan, you're need to calm down now. It's not a big deal.
'Oh, but he is so fine.
'His body just-'

My thoughts were interrupted by a knock on the door. Will got up and opened the door.

"Hey, you gonna come back or not?" Nancy asked and looked at me.

"No. I-I'm just gonna go to bed. Night."

She nodded and I walked out.

I walked to the living room and took a pillow I brought with me.

"Hey, where ya going?" Steve said looking up and standing up.

"I'm tired so I'm going to bed."

He nodded and walked past me to grab a glass of water. "Hey so-"

He said and turned around to look at me but I had already left.

Steve smiled and sat back on the couch.

I walked to my room and threw myself on my bed. I groaned as my ankle hit the corner.

"Fuck.." I said through the blankets and sheets.

(Y'all, I forgot to tell you guys that this is a modern but not super modern AU)

I fixed myself in bed and unlocked my phone. All I was doing was scrolling through some old photos and deleting any photography I didn't like.

My mind went into a daze. I closed my eyes before I could turn off my phone.

And before I knew it I was asleep with my phone in my hand.

(Just a quick Steve POV)

I continued sitting on the couch and watched the last 10 minutes of the movie and Nancy came up behind me and kissed my cheek.

"Hey, time for bed."

I chuckled.
"You say that to me as if I'm a kid."

"You sure do act like one."

She kissed my cheek again and walked into her room. I waited for her to close her door before turning off the TV.

Will was now asleep with the dog by his side. I smiled and closed the door. I checked on Jonathan to see if he was asleep and saw his phone unlocked in his hands.

'Should I? No. I can't just snoop through his phone. But just a little checking wouldn't hurt.
Steve, do you want him to look at your phone?
Hah, of course not.
Then don't do it.'

I grabbed his phone and turned the phone off. The blanket was only to his waist so I covered him to his shoulders.

'He is so fucking cute when he sleeps.'

I leaned forward and kissed his forehead before turning off his lamp and smiling.

"Goodnight my love.."

I said and walked out, closing the door behind me.

(Okay switching back)

I woke up the next morning feeling the warmth of my blanket. My eyes fluttered open as I tried adjusting to the light in my room coming through the window.

"Morning beautiful."

A yelp escaped my lips when I heard Steve's voice. I sat up and saw him sitting on the edge of my bed.

"Why are you in here? How long have you been waiting!?"

He rolled his eyes.

"Well, first of all, I came to check if you were awake. Second, like ten minutes or less."
He said and shrugged.

"What if Nancy catches you in here?" I said but he only shook his head. "Nancy went to the store to buy some things."

I let out a quiet 'oh' before getting up. He stood up as well and wrapped his arms around my waist.

My face was red as he leaned in for a kiss but I slipped through his arms. He frowned.

"Hey.. why'd you do that..?"

I let out a small laugh and looked at him.

"Awe, did I hurt you. Poor baby.." I cooed and his face became flustered. "I'm not a baby." He stated and crossed his arms.

I walked closer to him and kissed his cheek.

"Sure you aren't."

He mumbled a few words under his breath and tackled me, throwing me on the bed.

"Get off of me dumbass!!"

He continued to hover over me and laughed.
"Not until you apologize."

I groaned. "Fine. I'm sorry for calling you a baby. You are clearly an adult with child like intentions."

"Good enough." He said and kissed me before getting off.

We both just smiled and got up.

"Alright now get out, I need to shower."
He frowned again. "Without me..?"

I nodded and opened the door to my room and pushed him out. On the way out he was trying to convince me but I'd rather not get in trouble by Nancy if she walked in.

When he was out I closed the door behind me and walked into my bathroom.

I looked in the mirror and pulled down my shirt to reveal a hickey that was still stained on my neck.

"Idiot.."
