"WHY THE FUCK WERE YOU KISSING HIM STEVE?! HE'S ONLY 17! YOU'RE FUCKING 20!!" She yelled and slapped him across the face.

He stayed silent and stared at the floor behind her.

"YOU FUCKING JERK! JONATHAN YOU LET HIM KISS YOU?!" She turned her attention to me.

"N-Nancy, I swear I can explain.."

She crossed her arms and her eyes started filling with tears.

"So this is what you're like? Did you really think it's okay to date my brother?! He's 17! Why?!" She asked her voice cracking half way through.

He didn't say anything which earned him another slap to the face.

"FUCKING ANSWER ME! DID YOU LOVE ME OR NOT?"

Steve opened his mouth to speak but nothing came out other than a sigh.

"How long has this been going on..?"

Steve ran a hand though his hair.
"The second night I stayed over.."

Nancy was holding in tears.

"If you d-didn't love m-me anymore than you could've just s-said it." She stuttered.

Nancy had always taken care of me, she was so nice and always played with me when I was younger.

She never lost my trust nor did she ever betray me.

Now my heart aches to see her sad and betrayed. By her own brother.

"Nancy, I still loved you but now..just..not it that way. I didn't mean to hurt you."

She shook her head.
"So what...? You still dated my brother behind my back and broke my heart."

I sat on the couch. "Nancy, I'm so sorry. I know I should've just backed off."

She looked at me and smiled through the tears that were now rolling off her cheeks.

"You know what..? I'm not even mad about you guys dating, I think it's kinda cute," Namcy said trailing off.

I looked at her with a sad and confused expression.
"Y-you're not? Nancy, I literally messed shit up for you.."

"No, I'm just angry that you didn't think to tell me.."

This wasn't the reaction I was expecting at all..

I expected her to yell at me. Kick Steve out to go back to his home.

But nothing.
All she did was wipe her tears and tell me that she was okay with our relationship.

"Steve I'm sorry about slapping you. I guess I overreacted." She said as she looked at Steve's face, pain still visible in her voice.

"But Steve, he's still underage. Even by one year off it's still considered illegal.." she sighed.

None of us said anything until Nancy spoke up again.

"Just keep this secret until his 18th birthday and be careful. But I do have one question.."

"Go ahead, ask away." I said.

"Have you guys..ya know, had..um..sex?" She said cringing at the word.

Our faces turned red so I looked down to hide my face but then I heard Nancy laugh.

"Okay, I guess that answers my question."
"Listen, you guys can do whatever you guys do alone but please, for the love of God, please, never do it when Will is home or about to come home."

Steve rolled his eyes. "Yeah yeah, no sex when you're brother is home." He said and smiled.

"So just to clarify, we can date, kiss, and hug in front of you, and it's okay..?" I asked Nancy, reassuring myself that I wouldn't cause her pain. She nodded and giggled, and stopped crying, and walked into the kitchen.

"So what do you guys want to eat?" Both Steve and I shrugged.

"Let's go with some pizza then!"
