All of You (MCSM - Romeo x Jesse x Lukas)

Jesse lay still in bed. It was now night. Fortunately, Lukas convinced Petra to lay off Romeo. With that being said, Jesse really wanted to talk to him about earlier, but he was nowhere to be found. She hoped he was okay, but with no intel on where he could be, looking for him. would be useless. 

As she remembered seeing Lukas in the doorway, it just occurred to her that he could've seen her kiss Romeo. Hopefully, that was not the case. It was only meant to be a kind gesture, just to fulfill his request after he got hurt. She didn't want him to interpret it the wrong way. But then again, he hadn't mentioned anything about it to Jesse. So maybe he didn't see it.

She took a deep breath, finally clearing her mind of all the thoughts. She felt her body slowly drift from consciousness. 

Small time skip

Her eyes opened. She rose out of bed and got changed into her usual attire. She yawned. It didn't feel like she got a full eight hours, but there were more important things to worry about. Her training, for example. That's if she could even find Romeo. He left so quickly after the argument with Petra, she had no idea where he went.

She exited her room, noticing that the hallways were still dim. Her head cocked to the side. Usually, the lights of the fortress were set to turn on during the day and off during the evening. She had a sneaking suspicion. She made her way to one of the windows across the hall, only to be met with the empty streets. They weren't crowded with people like they always were. Instead, it was silent. She entered her room once again and took a glance at the clock. 2:13 AM. Hah. No wonder she was the only one up. 

She shut the door behind her and walked into the connected bathroom. She ran the faucet and cupped her hands under the cold, refreshing water. Her eyelids hung heavy, feeling like weights pressing down on them. She flung the water onto her face, repeating the process several times. When she finished, she turned the knob off and put her hands out in front of her to lean against the counter. Her eyes remained shut, as the water continued to drip down her face. Blinking her eyes open, she felt the instant burn when the droplets slipped through her lids. She tilted her head upwards, seeing not just her own figure in the mirror, but another standing behind her. She rubbed her blurry eyes, waiting as they adjusted. 

She squinted and leaned closer to the mirror, desperate to see what it was. The figure held up its hand, revealing something to be in it. Her heart was now beating at a rapid pace as her vision became clear.

"Herobrine." She muttered.

He smiled, raising the object in his hand. A knife. His mouth opened, shouting something beyond her comprehension. Her eyes widened with fear as she hurridly took a couple of steps back. She tripped over her own feet, causing her to fall backward and make a hard impact against the floor.

Jesse winced in pain as she stumbled to her feet and hit the wall behind her. The mirror shook in its place, still showing Herobrine inside it. Just seconds later, it shattered in thin air, without so much as coming in contact with the ground. Out of pure reflex, she shielded her eyes with her arms as glass flew around her. She felt a searing pain in her right arm as a shard made a large slice across it. She groaned loudly as she fell to the floor. Watching as the blood poured down her arm, she brought her trembling hand to touch it.

Her heart rate seemed to slow as her vision went black, causing almost like stars to appear. She became lightheaded just before she took her last breath of air.

Small time skip

She opened one eye. And then the other. Jesse was on the floor, as she was when she was last awake. She couldn't remember what happened last night. With one look at her numb, bloody arm, the memories flooded back to her.
