That night, Jesse got a full eight hours of sleep for the first time in a while. She decided she would need the rest for tomorrow. Now that she knew what needed to be done, she could use her powers to make a dagger strong enough to kill Herobrine. Of course, it was easier said than done. Even given the instructions, she had enough trouble getting her powers to cooperate as it was. Using such a large amount of energy surely wasn't going to be any less difficult.

When it finally was morning, Jesse made the decision not to leave her room until she successfully made the dagger. There's no telling how long that would take though. But she chose to keep a positive outlook.

Jesse picked up the book from her desk, which was already opened to the correct page. At the top, she read, this enchantment can be done by someone with some level of supernatural abilities. Luckily, Jesse matched the description pretty well. She moved down to step 1. You may use any weapon of choice to perform on.

So it doesn't necessarily have to be a dagger, Jesse thought to herself. She pondered for a minute, trying to come up with what would be easiest. Then, she walked over to another table where her trusty sword lay. She eyed it for a moment before picking it up. She placed it onto the floor before grabbing the book again to see step 2. Create a list of side effects for your weapon. If you do not desire any, skip this step. Jesse thought for a moment. Herobrine must've had a side effect on the dagger in order for it to kill both the victim and its attacker. But for Jesse's sword, she needed nothing of the such.

She skipped to step 3, which was the very last. Hold the weapon in your hands and close your eyes while repeating the incantation

"Incantation?" she muttered.

As she read down, she saw what it was talking about. There were two lines written in some foreign language that she never would have known existed until now. She slowly started to piece the words together, although she knew there was no way her pronunciation was accurate. She read through those two measly lines over and over until she was sure she got it right. Well, as right as she could get.

She then knelt on the floor and took the sword in her hands. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath before opening her mouth to start. She spoke each word slowly, going through the phrases one at a time. Her brows furrowed as she did so, keeping a concentrated face throughout. The book said to repeat the chant but didn't mention how many times. Her eyes shut tighter as she fidgeted with the handle of her sword. Drops of sweat pricked at her skin, making it harder to focus on anything other than the tickling sensation. But Jesse pushed away the feeling, doing all she could to keep that focus.

By now, she was at round fifty or so of reciting that excruciating incantation. She stuttered over her words, trying to keep track of the order.

All of a sudden, she felt a shock course through her hands, onto the sword. She flinched at the unexpected, but quick pain and flung the sword out in front of her. In heavy breaths, she planted her hands on the floor behind her for support. She only stared at the sword a few feet from her, which sparked every now and then. It appeared exactly like a regular enchanted sword, besides the fact that it was far brighter.

Did that mean it worked? Only one way to find out, she knew.

Cautiously, she scootched closer to the sword. It looked no different than before. She brought a hand to the blade and lightly tapped its edge. As the scorching metal came into contact with her skin, she jumped back with a quiet hiss.

Giving her burnt finger a small squeeze, she returned her gaze to the sword. "Note to self. Don't touch."

She reached for the book and scanned through it. At the bottom, she read in bold print, WARNINGS. Why the hell would someone put warnings at the bottom of a page??
