"You either die a hero, or live long enough, to see yourself become a villain."

"You know what to do Nik." Mishti sighed.
"That scares the shit out of me. What if something goes wrong?" He questioned, worried for his friend's safety.
"That is exactly your job. Not to let anything go wrong." She eyed him carefully.
"Aren't you atleast going to convey this to them?" Nishanth questioned."And what would they do? Welcome this plan with open arms?" Mishti looked into the files. "Won't it count as a betrayal?" Nishanth pondered.
"It isn't. I'm doing what is best. They should know by now atleast, that I've not lost my head, and defenitely not grown soft just because I raised a kid." Mishti answered."When the time arrives, you will do the right thing. And the ones who have to pay, will suffer more than they are intended for."

Third person's POV
London
Nobody has an idea what is going on. They are fazed, suspicious, and most of all, scared to death. Because one sentence from her, had turned everything upside down.
What actually happened?

The situation in the mansion hadn't lightened, but had grown more concrete and rigid. It was buzzing and busy due to the celebratory obligation that Adyant had thrown on the board members. It was a special occasion, to bid on various antiques and get drunk up till the neck. Therefore, the mansion was being decorated.
But these were the plans of the lower level party attendees. Those who wanted a big feast, would get it. The problem remained with the sly and devious ones, who each had a plan of action, of their own.
One, the daughter who was raised by the shadow, wanted justice for herself as well as her family.
Two, the daughter whose parents were killed too soon, who was left with unasked questions, who despised shadow and her family, demanded the answers.
Three, the most important person in the mafia world, the heir to the throne, the only son of the shadow, who wanted nothing but to fulfil his mom's last wish. To glorify the seat that gave her everything. And to demolish it once and for all.
Each of their objectives were different, yet they were aligned on the same track i.e, to see the end of this non essential regulatory body of the mafia. Also, if time and resources permit, to terminate this crime lords and illegal activities, conclusively. That would only be possible if these gangsters woud gather up in one place, and be unaware of the surroundings as well as their senses so much to the extent that, they don't react to major changes in their lives.
And the other factor that connected them was shadow. In either way, she remained within each of their lives.
"Are you ready?" Came Advaith's voice from the door that made Aisha turn back and look at her brother.
"Yeah. Let's leave." She walked forward, tucking the gun behind her jeans.
"Hoping that you won't get a chance to use it." Advaith muttered, being uncomfortable.
"And I'm hoping for the opposite." Aisha's answer made him more weary.
