"I know what I have to do and I am going to do everything in my power to do it. Be the result be bad or bad."

2021

It had been 10 years since her parents left Mishti alone. But she had got accustomed to that feeling. Loneliness was the one feeling that she had got attached to. Though she had her Suraj uncle to guide her, support her and was the only family she had left, she still felt secluded.

That's when she got hit by a truck and found a person, who was annoying her the hell out by asking everything she did. And he, made her think about it too. She never thought she'd be questioning her actions until she met him. And then, she wanted to fight for him. But all that she did was fight with him, and wage an internal battle within herself.

She lost her sanity. True. But she found solace in him.

Abir Rajvansh was truly a bright light in her dull and dark life.

The best part was, he knew it.

Mahira's POV

I sit immobilised as I stare at the tab's screen. The only manufacturing company was in Dargavs. Where Mishti Rajvansh was killed. It all seem connected now. But why produce something there and let the world have an idea about it!

I try to concentrate. Closing my eyes, I take a deep breath and think of all the things I've gathered. The present Black Force is defenitely Russian. And they've hired people who have criminal background like Johnny and Domingo. They gave them a second chance and relieved them of sentence in prison from different countries.

So they are looking for those who have attempted murder. Who know the blood work. So this makes their recruitment completely discreet. The tech they've used to keep them under radar is rather impressive but everything ends with this Dr.Rashid. If we find him, we get answers.

I open my eyes and sigh.

"Can you knock next time?" I ask to Kiara and she jumps in fear.
"What? You thought I didn't sense your breathing or heart beat?" I chuckle and she sits beside me.
"That's a little creepy. But you were trained for this so I get it." She says.
"So the princess has another tantrum or you're here because you've work?" I question bluntly.

"I miss the old Mahi." She gets up and goes near the wardrobe, to settle my piled clothes.
"Yeah. Even I do." I answer and she looks into my eye this time, seriously.
"Mahira, if there's something you're hiding, then I won't ask anything about it." She starts.
"Great." I smile.

"But just remember not to put me in a position where I've to face you and Aisha in the opposite sides. I'm finally happy that you both are getting along." Kiara confesses.
"Isn't it obvious Kiara? You'll choose her in a second." I say rather frustrated.
"Then I've to anticipate that moment. That's what you're saying?" She asks.

"No! All I'm saying is we will never "get along" like you want. That's how the world works. So wake up from your dreamland because you've been in one since you met your bestfriend and husband." I snap.
"You know what Mahi?" She throws my clothes away on the bed.

"I didn't really miss you. We were better off without you. So don't even bother on staying. Because it's my husband's uncle who is missing. And we will deal with it." Kiara glares at me.
"For the record Kiara, she's been a great help. And I asked her to stay. So it's not your position to ask her to leave." Aisha replies standing at the door.
