"I'm not having a child in my task force." Price said to Laswell, who was was sitting at a tea shop with Price.
"I understand that you don't want to but trust me. She's insanely good at what she does." Laswell continues. "It's illegal." Price says firmly, only for Laswell to shake her head a bit, "not in this case. The government agreed she would be able to make your missions more successful, her stats are almost as good as the men on your task force."
Price sighed, shaking his head a bit, "I'll meet the girl, then I'll decide." He said, he knew it was wrong, but if Shepherd approved then this kid must be good.
"Look, I don't want her to her in your task force, but at the same time if you have someone like her you will have successful missions." Laswell added, taking a sip of her tea.
Price looked out the window, he didn't want to put a kid through this, but he knew if shepherd approved then his own words meant nothing.

Charlie took a sip of water from a bottle. Sitting in the backseat of a military vehicle she looked at the front seat, there sat a man in a mask driving and next to him was Laswell.
"You and Captain Price will get along great." Laswell smiled. Charlie nodded, "alright." She simply stated, As the car approached the building she could see helicopters getting ready to take off. "What's going on?" Charlie asked.
"They're getting ready to go on a mission in Al Mazrah." Laswell turned around to face her, "and you might be going."
Charlie raised her eyebrow, "what?!" She exclaimed, Laswell nodded, "if Price approves of you then you will go on this mission with them. You won't be doing any fighting, only base work."
As the car parked Charlie stepped out, dressed almost fully in gear as she walked into a small room, inside was a desk with a map on it and a man hunched over the table, looking down at the map.
"Price." Laswell said, the man looked up before instantly noticing you. He stood up and shook her hand, "nice to meet you, kid. The name's captain Price." He said.
She knew this man. "Um...Charlie Cunningham." She said, Laswell nudged her shoulder, correctly trying to get her to state her full name, "oh, sorry, Charlotte. But everyone calls me Charlie." She corrected, Price nodded.
He was disappointed. He didn't understand why a kid was coming on this dangerous mission.
"Alright, here's the deal," he began, pulling out a pistol. "If you can shoot that target dead on without missing then you're in." Price said, handing the Pistol to Charlie.
Charlie nodded, taking the gun and aiming it. Price immediately began internally critiquing her posture, form, and strategy.
Right as he was about to speak she fired her gun, hitting the target square in the center. Price's cigar almost dropped from his mouth. "Bloody hell." He mumbled.
Charlie turned around. "Am I all set?" She questioned, Price nodded, watching the girl put the gun down and walk back over to Laswell. "Go pack up, put your stuff on the plane." Laswell said.
Price looked at Laswell, "while I'm in Amsterdam on my mission make sure she stays with Ghost and MacTavish. They'll know what to do with her." Price stated before walking out of his office.
Laswell sighed, she looked out of the window towards Charlie before softly speaking to herself, "I don't think they will." She said softly.
Charlie grabbed her bag and began loading it onto the plane. "Thanks for the help kid." A soldier said, mistaking her for an assistant. She didn't reply, she just kept packing.
After packing she put her head equipment on and turned her head to see Laswell. Laswell hugged her before helping her onto the plane, watching the door close as she sat down next so many soldiers. Laswell was scared for her, she wondered if maybe this was a mistake and she should turn back, but she kept pushing forward, and made sure Charlie would come home safe.
Charlie looked around as the men all gave her weird looks, they looked confused. She just sat back and waited as the plane took off, heading towards their location.
She knew she had to fight, if Shepherd thought she was good enough for a mission like this then damnit she was going to try her best to impress these guys.
She closed he eyes, a sense of tiredness washed over her as she slowly drifted off into sleep. Her hands gently and slowly relaxing from the clenched and anxious fist they were once in. Many of the soldiers watched her, some with intrigue, others with disgust, and the rest with pity for the teenager.
Ghost watched her, his eyes like daggers as he stared her down. 'Who would let a Fuckin kid on this mission?' He thought to himself, watching the girl sleep. How on earth did the government approve this??
Soap was also a bit disgusted by the governments actions. He turned his head to see a guy laughing about her, "oi, what's so funny?" Soap asked, the man looked over at Soap while laughing, "ain't the age of consent 16?" He laughed.
Ghost stood up almost instantly. "Move." He demanded, not taking this guys shit. The man went quiet before quickly moving. Ghost sat next to the sleeping girl and made sure everyone kept their eyes off her.
He didn't stand for a teenager being in this fight, but damnit he also wouldn't let this kid be harassed by these grown men.
Soap had a smile on his face the rest of the flight, now understanding that Ghost heart wasn't as cold as he thought it was.
