Charlie froze as Grace put her glasses on, "what are you doing up?" Grace asked the girl. "I could ask the same for you," Charlie said, she laid down and got under the blankets while Grace looked at her.

"You're loud when you go on the phone..." Grace said, her long blond hair was tied back into a messy bun as Charlie rolled her eyes, "it's not the phone, it was Ghost's computer...I was talking to Sargent Garrick." Grace froze and looked at her in shock, "Gaz?" She asks.

Charlie nodded, she grinned a bit and looked at the woman, "he told me all your secrets," she joked. Grace laid back against her bunk bed and closed her eyes "haha very funny." "How do you know Ghost?" She asked, Grace opened her eyes and turned her head to face Charlie.

"He's my friend," she simply said. Charlie looked at Grace and stared at her. "How long have you known him?" Charlie asked again. "Years, now get to bed," Grace replied. But Charlie didn't budge.

"Is he secretly nice?" Charlie asked again, Grace froze up and thought back to all the times her and Ghost had been on missions together, and she nodded, "he saved my life many times," Grace stated.

"Tell me a story about a mission," Charlie said, Grace simply smiled and nodded, "okay, fine," she replied.

"Me and Ghost were in Al Mazrah, we were planning to kill General Ghorbrani a day later but I ended up falling off a steep rock and hurting myself," Grace continued, "he was mad at me for being stupid and I ended up breaking my leg."

"Did he leave you there?" Charlie asked, beginning to feel herself getting tired. "No, he just picked me up and brought me to safety before going back and finishing our mission, 'missions over friends' is our saying," Grace finished. "Lame story," Charlie yawned.

"I'm not good with telling stories," Grace said, "he's a good man, Charlie." Charlie closed her eyes, "then why does he think I'm an idiot?" Charlie asked.

Grace shook her head a bit, "he's just different...he sees people differently...you need to get to know him before he becomes friends with you," Grace turned her head to look at Charlie and realized how tired she was.

"Goodnight, kid," Grace said softly, her voice was calming and smooth, something that brought Charlie a lot of comfort. Grace rested against her pillow and closed her eyes.

"Goodnight, Grace," Charlie laid in the dark and began to feel tired, her head injury was getting better but she still had a slight migraine. She decided to close her eyes and sleep it off, which would eventually happen.

The sounds of people chatting woke Charlie up, her eyes fluttered open as she got up and stretched. She rubbed her tired eyes as the thoughts of last night came rushing back to her.

They let a terrorist go free...they let Hassan go.

"There she is," Soap smiled from the doorway, Charlie looked over at a smiling Soap, "come on, Alejandro wants to talk to us in his meeting room,". Charlie got up and out of the bed, she followed Soap down the hall, the smell of coffee hit her nose as she opened the door.

Soap sat next to Ghost while Graves made himself some coffee. Alejandro and Rodolfo looked at a map and began planning things as Grace wrote down on a whiteboard.

"Buenos días, Charlie," Alejandro said, looking up from the map. "Good morning, Sir," Charlie said in an annoyed tone, she walked over to the coffee machine and got herself some coffee. She flipped the small cup up and drank the black coffee like it was a shot of whiskey. This earned a few looks from the group.

"You look like a grown god damn man when you drink coffee like that," Graves said, looking at her, "aren't you a little young for shit like this?"

Charlie gave Graves an annoyed look before putting the cup down, "I've killed at least over 100 people in the past week, so no, I don't think I'm too young for shit like this," she rolled her eyes before walking over to Grace.

"Jesus, someone's in a bad mood," Graves taunted. Charlie slammed her hands down on the table. "Well yeah! I am pissed off! We let a terrorist go and we still don't know where the FUCKING-!" Charlie slid a bunch of papers off he table out of rage, "-MISSILES ARE!" She screamed.

Ghost stood up, "SIT YOUR ASS DOWN, KID," he commanded, Charlie looked at Ghost but did as he said, she sat in the chair next to Soap and crossed her arms, tapping her foot against the ground impatiently.

After a few moments of silence Alejandro speaks up, "the mission tonight is simple, find El Sin Nombre." Charlie didn't speak, she didn't want to after what just happened.

"How do we find him?" Grace said, she cleaned her glasses with her shirt before going back to writing on the board. Alejandro pointed to a spot on the map, "here," he replied.

"Charlie isn't coming," Ghost stated. Charlie shot a look at him, "what?" She questioned. "You're obviously not mentally here right now to handle a mission like this," Ghost gave her a cold stare.

"I'm fine, sir, I just...had a freak out," Charlie crossed her arms as Ghost continued to glare at her with a look of frustration. "Come on, LT, all this anger coming from the kid could be good," Soap added in.

"She can stay up in hiding with me," Grace said while writing notes on the board. Alejandro cleared his throat a bit and looked up at Grace, "actually, Keller, you're going to be with going in with Soap inside."
