"Sarge!" the radio man announced. "Reports of a stolen crane at our dummy construction site several blocks over along the wall!"
"Description?"
"Male, sixties."
Sergeant Maverick paused, turning away from the gulag prisoner riot below. "Is he wearing a fedora and leather jacket?"
"Just the leather jacket. No hat. Driving along the wall on our side. Should I send in a sniper to stop him?"
"No. Stand by." Maverick returned to watch the woman in the truck, driving furiously along the Soviet side of the wall. A Russian was climbing on the back of it. "Oh honey, you'd better watch out."
