Emily Jones leaned low over the motorcycle. Shots fired beside her. She could see Indy in the backseat of the upcoming vehicle. Behind her were the sirens and motorcycles of more vehicles.

"Marion!" Indy called. "Hold the car steady! Em's coming!"

Annie opened the car door. "Emily! Get in!"

Emily gave her head a slight shake – then turned the motorcycle away.

Indy felt devastation and fury. "Marion! Where's she going?"

Marion glanced in the rearview mirror. "They're following her!"

Marion took the wheel, turning the car into a side alley.

"I'm going after her, Marion!" Indy growled, "Stop the car."

"Dad! No!" Annie cried. "They'll kill you! You're still wanted by the KBG for what happened in the 1950s."

Marion glanced at Indy. "Jones, what happened in the 1950s?"

"I... Em and I were... in trouble..."

Marion glared at Indy, still driving. "When are you NOT in trouble?"

"It's all classified, hon."

"The rumor is that Dad stole atomic secrets from the Russians," Annie explained.

"Wrong place, wrong time," Indy answered, searching the street for the KBG. Most of them seemed to have followed Emily.

"Dad – they found you on their testing grounds!"

"I was doing archaeology, and they put me in their car trunk first," Indy retorted. "Marion, let me out."

A shot rang out.

Annie screamed.

Indy fell backward.

Marion hit the gas pedal.
