Her's Now, and Forever

~ Chapter 9 ~

{ Rose's POV }

I was clicking mindlessly on my computer, this was the last Excel spreadsheet I had to make for the day. I just wanted it to be over with so bad, I love my job but it can be very repetitive and boring at times. I downloaded the document and emailed it off, letting out a sigh. I was finally done, I stood up from my desk and quickly sat back down. Oh yeah, something I don't love about my job is if you have bad posture, you're fucked. I stood up again and stretched, It felt so good to be freed from work. I left my office and grabbed a couple apples from the kitchen, I didn't exactly feel like cooking a 5 star meal right now.

I left the kitchen and plopped down on my couch. I thought about watching tv, but I didn't want to do it alone. What I wanted was my girlfriend with me, I hadn't seen Kamil yesterday because she hung out with friends and focused on school some more. We still texted and called, but I'm a little clingy. 

I wonder if she could come over today?

I took out my phone and called Kamil, I wasn't sure if she was free at the moment but I just wanted her presence. Luckily, she picked up and I was greeted by the angelic voice of my princess . . .

"Hi Roseeee!" 

"Aww hi princess, what are you up to?" I wanted to know if she had any plans before I attempted to ask.

"Nothingg, I'm just at home with Milk right now." She said, I was confused for a minute but then I remember her telling me she had a pet.

"Can you come over? I haven't seen you since yesterday and I miss you." I was honest, sometimes I worry I'll come off as too clingy or needy, but I know communication is very important. 

"Of courseeee! I'd love tooo!! I miss you tooo, okay I'll be there in like 20 minutes bye byeee!" She spoke happily through the phone.

"Bye love!! I'll see you when you get here." I said and hung up.

I didn't tell her what we'll do, but I'm sure she won't mind some tv. I stood up and walked into my pantry, grabbing a couple chip bags, candy, and drinks as some snacks. Both of us love snacks, and spending some time cuddled up together, watching tv, and just eating snacks would be a lovely thing. I wanna wait until she gets here to pick the tv show, so I just sat the snacks down on my coffee table and got on my phone until I heard the doorbell ring. 

I ran to the door and opened it up, giving my princess a big hug. I wanted to smother her in kisses, but is that too soon? Instead, I whispered in her ear . . .

"I'm glad you're here princess." I took her by the hand and led her to my couch.

The first thing Kamil noticed was the snacks on the table, of course. She gasped and squeaked.

"SNACKSSSSSS, omg are we watching a movie? Can we cuddleeeee?" Kamil grabbed my arm and kept shaking it, waiting for an answer.

"I was thinking a tv show instead, and of course we're cuddling. You know I love being intimate with you." I smiled and picked up the tv remote.

"Now, what would my angel like to watch? Hm?" I asked.

"Uhmmm, if you're not the anime type just let me know, but I've been really into Kakegurui Twin lately, can we watch that?" She spoke softly.

Honestly I liked anime and Kakegurui is one of my favorites, so I nodded and played it on tv. We cuddled and ate all of our snacks in only the 1st 2 episodes, but we still binged it. Every now and then, I'd look over to see my princess smiling or just hear her gay panics over one of the characters. There were also times where Kamilia wanted to kill one of the characters or switch places, like the redhead girl there. We ended up finishing the tv show and it was so fun. I was just happy I got to spend more time with my love. After the tv show ended, we just started to talk for hours and hours, I learned so much more about her. That was when I realized I didn't check in on her . . .

"How was your day baby?"

"It was fine, how about yours? Was it super amazing? Did you take care of yourselffff?" She sang and I smiled at how sweet she was, I really appreciate her.

"Of course it was super amazing, I got to spend it with the loveliest girl ever, and yes I did take care of myself, did you?"

She didn't reply instantly, I figured it was a no then. 

"Is that a no? You didn't take care of yourself?" I said in kinda a goofy tone, but I quickly stopped when I realized she didn't answer again. Her eyes just seemed empty, she seemed really zoned out. I tapped her and shook her gently, it still didn't work.
