Chris' Point of View
I knew there was no way we were going to convince Matt not to leave, but it didn't stop Tot from trying. I felt so bad watching her beg him but he just told her that he had to go and protect her from something. He kissed her forehead and walked out the door, leaving her with her head hung.
I should have gone with him as his second hand but I knew that he was going to talk to his dad and Tot needed me more. Besides, Declan was right; he couldn't take up all of her nights. I walked to her door to turn off the lights and when I climbed into bed next to her Declan had already stripped down to his boxers and was laying on the other side of her.
I pushed her hair behind her ear and trailed my thumb across her cheek. I hadn't said much to Tot since she came back but I truly had no idea what I would even say. There was so much I had to try and process.
I had never met Greg but Matt had always said he was a cold-hearted guy who kept Taylor on a very short leash. I couldn't wait to meet him now. If I would have found out about this while we were in school I would have run off and handled him without a second thought. Nowadays I was trying a lot harder to control my reactions.
Then there were the letters she got. Although it seemed she hadn't figured it out, I knew instantly it was Ronan who had sent them to her. If I had to guess Matt was going to his dad's to talk to Luciano and to figure out our plan of attack. He could handle that much without me so I stayed home with our girl.
I was asleep for a while when I started to feel her turning over and over before finally stopping on her back. I rolled over to look at her, the light from the city offering just enough illumination for me to see her face.
"What's wrong amore mio?" I brushed the hair off her forehead, keeping my voice low so I didn't wake up Declan.
"He fucking left us. I finally open up to him and then he just fucking walks out the door. He could have at least faked it and waited until I fell asleep." Tot was not whispering, genuinely pissed off at Matt.
"Shh, baby, we don't want to wake Dec." I tried to comfort her.
"Too late." he mumbled, reaching an arm to Tot's hip.
"He didn't leave you, baby." I played with her hair knowing it worked to relax her in the past, "He is probably talking to his dad to figure out a way to protect you from whoever sent those letters to you."
She let out a long sigh, "Fine but I'm still not happy about it."
"What will make you happy?" Declan's voice was still groggy with sleep.
She pondered for a moment before grabbing Declan's hand and sliding it between her legs. She then pulled my arm down until my hand fell from her face to her breasts. I couldn't help myself as I slid my finger over her nipple and could feel it stiffen at my touch.
Declan whispered into her ear, "Tell us what you need, baby girl?"
Her eyes fluttered, "I need you to show me how much you've missed me." She turned her head towards me, "I need both of you."
I lightly trailed my fingers between her breasts and down her stomach. I pulled the tie on her robe so I could expose her to us. Declan pushed the blankets over the foot of the bed while he kissed and bit his way down to her center. We made eye contact for a split second before we both dropped down to put our lips on her. Declan split her folds with his tongue while I pulled her nipple into my mouth at the same time. Her fingers tangled into both of our hair as she arched her back. We kept nipping and sucking until her limbs started to quiver.
I moved up to her ear and deepened my voice, "Esatto, stupendo, lascia che ti assaggi. (That's right, gorgeous, let him taste you.)"
Declan hummed into her dripping pussy and had to push her thigh apart so she couldn't trap him. He lapped up all of her juices while her legs trembled. Declan sat up licking his lips while Tot relaxed into the mattress.
