A small sigh escapes as I finish packing Soonyoung's meal for his hangover, which is probably unbearable, given how much he had of Soju. I place the paper bag next to my phone, "Oh, you're awake, good. How was last night?" Eunseo asked with a smile as she walked to the refrigerator. I return her a warm smile, "Mhm, it was fun. Soonyoung probably had more fun, though. I mean, he got so drunk that Seungkwan had Wonwoo drive him home." I said with a light chuckle.

Eunseo smiles and nods, "Really? So I'm guessing Wonwoo dropped you off last night as well?" She asked. I nodded, "Yeah, he did. I'm actually heading to Soonyoung's, and I'll have to do this month's grocery shopping, too." I said. Eunseo lets out a small groan, "That's right, groceries. Let me give you my half for this month." She says, rushing back into her room. I look at the time, seven-thirty. Soonyoung's probably still asleep, but he needs to cure that terrible hangover. Eunseo rushes back out with a sticky note and money, "Here's my list and this month's grocery money." She says.

I place her list and the money into my bag, "Be careful; it's going to rain soon." Eunseo says as she hands the purple umbrella. I look at it briefly and accept it, "Thank you...see you in a bit." I said. She smiled and nodded; I grabbed my bag and paper bag. "Bye," Eunseo says, waving. I walk out of the apartment, hearing the door automatically lock; I make my way to the elevators. I hope Soonyoung is okay.

This breakup has taken a big toll on him; I opened his contact on my phone. Maybe he's still sleeping...he's very emotional when it comes to hurting. I've seen him cry, but these days, he's been holding back his emotions. Stepping out of the lobby, I spot the taxi arriving by the main entrance; I sigh before walking to the cab. "Good morning, miss." The driver greeted me, and I gave him a faint smile.

The drive was past twenty-five minutes; last night's drive didn't seem far when Wonwoo dropped me off. I begin to feel bad for him, knowing he must've been busy and had to drive Soonyoung and me home; I shake my head, realizing my thoughts were beginning to consume my mind. The car came to a slow stop, "Here we are, miss...daebak, you sure know Mr. Kwon very well if he gave you his home address." The driver says with a small smile. I furrow my brows, "Thank you for the ride." I said, paying the fee, and got out of the car. The driver waves off before driving away.

I watched the taxi leave before inputting the gate's code; Soonyoung was so drunk that he spilled the code to Wonwoo and me. I look at the gate opening; a sigh leaves my lips as I walk through. I feel my phone buzz in the pocket of my jeans, and the gate lets out a loud sound, causing me to jump a bit. I look at the gate before answering, "Hello?". "Lizbeth," Dr. Cooper...I thought I had her blocked.

"Why are you calling? How are you calling?" I asked, annoyed, "Lizbeth, don't hang up, it's about Dylan." Hearing his name made my chest ache. "What about him?" I asked, strolling up the steps, "Dylan ran away from home, and your mother came to the office claiming that you kidnapped him. Lizbeth, this is a serious situation." Dr. Cooper's voice was filled with worry. I bite my lip and look at the big black wooden door, "Look, Dr. Cooper, you need to focus on Dylan and stop trying to find me. You won't, and I won't let you find me." I hung up before she could say anything else.

I looked at the number and blocked it; a sigh left my lips, and rang the doorbell. I bite my lip, waiting for Soonyoung to answer the door. He's probably still asleep. I let out a long sigh and rang the bell again, "SOONYOUNG!" I tried my best to be loud enough for him to hear. I knock on the door, "SOONYOUNG,  it's Lizbeth!" I step back and look at the window with the open curtain. The sound of glass breaking and a thud made my blood run cold, and my fists collided with the door. "SOONYOUNG".

I open my bag and pull out the pocket knife, "Woah woah! Put that down!" Soonyoung's voice made me sigh in relief. I looked up, but the door was still closed, "Soonyoung?". I hear the door being unlocked, "Yah, why did you pull that out?" Soonyoung asked. His eyes were squinting due to the brightness, "I was going to pick the lock with it," I said. Soonyoung shakes his head with a smirk, "Why?" He asked. I look at him, confused, as he lets me inside the house, "Because I heard glass breaking and a loud thud. I was worried, Soonyoung." I said, putting away the pocket knife.

He closes the door behind us, "You were willing to break in if I hadn't answered the door in time? Aww Lizzy. You softie." Soonyoung says with a smile and wraps his big arms around me. I sighed, "Anyways, I brought you food to help with the hangover." I said, pulling away from his embrace. Soonyoung furrowed his brow in confusion, "You cook? How come you never mentioned you know how to cook?" He asked. I smile faintly, "Because you never asked, and yes, I also bake." I said, walking over to the kitchen and sitting on the paper bag on the counter. "Ooh let's see what you made," Soonyoung says excitedly.

I take the food containers out of the bag, "I made you beef gimbap along with a porridge stew and a sweet raspberry tea, and since you have a sweet tooth in the morning, I made you strawberry brownies." I said with a smile. Opening each container, Soonyoung groans softly, "Lizzy, you are so sweet; it all smells so good." He whines. I hear footsteps from the stairwell; I look up to see Wonwoo. I averted my eyes, realizing he was only in black shorts, "Oh, I thought you left." Soonyoung said as he grabbed a pair of chopsticks and a spoon. I look at Soonyoung and only at him. Wonwoo is shirtless, and I do not want to be caught staring at his big biceps. "I couldn't leave knowing how you get in the morning after drinking all night," Wonwoo says.

I bite my lip, feeling overwhelmed, "Well, I came by to make sure Soonyoung was okay and to drop off some food. I have some errands to run, so have a good morning, you two." I said, grabbing my bag. I hear Soonyoung snicker, "Oh, come on, Lizzy, it's okay. I don't mind you staying for a little while," He says. I look at him; Soonyoung takes a gimbap into his mouth and smirks before chewing. "I appreciate the offer, Soonyoung, but I have groceries to buy," I said, wanting to leave the house feeling highly overwhelmed from seeing Wonwoo shirtless.

"Then let Wonwoo and I accompany you; you don't have a car, and how are you going to carry the groceries all by yourself," Soonyoung says, crossing his arms. Wonwoo stood by the counter with curiosity as he looked at the food, "It's fine, Soonyoung. I've always managed the grocery shopping on my own very well." I said, forcing a smile. "Let us go with you, Lizbeth. Soonyoung seems very worried about you going alone, especially when it will rain in twenty-five minutes." Wonwoo's deep, raspy voice interrupted Soonyoung's upcoming protest.

Soonyoung smiles cheeky and crosses his arms proudly, "I..you guys don't have to help." I said. Wonwoo makes eye contact; I froze, feeling my body go cold. "Soonyoung wants to help; him helping doesn't affect your strong independence, Lizbeth." He says with a small smile. Oh boy there's that strange feeling again.
