My throat burns as I cough for the tenth time, I sit up and look at the time. Five-thirty in the morning, I get out of bed and start to get ready for work.

I bite my bottom lip, his taste lingers on my lips. I shook my head as I towel-dried my hair, a soft knock stopped me from slipping into my thoughts. I turn to see Wonwoo standing by the door frame, "You're up early." He says with curiosity. I smile faintly and pick up the hairbrush, "I'm meeting up with Minghao today and I have work as well," I said. Wonwoo's eyes darken, and he walks over to me. "Minghao..." He says, I nod as I finish brushing my hair. "Yeah, I promised him that I would accompany him to this gathering he has today," I said, I fixed the hem of the black plaid dress.

I roll down the sleeves of the white turtleneck, "Promises can be broken sometimes..." He says. I turned to look at Wonwoo, I furrowed my brows and crossed my arms. "I'm not one to break promises..." I said, Wonwoo chuckles. I watch him close the distance between us, my lower back meets the counter. "Why?" He asks, and he locks me in. His hands resting on the counter with a tight grip, "A promise is a promise Wonwoo...besides Minghao is my friend." I said. Wonwoo scoffs and bites his bottom lip, "A friend? Lizbeth a friend doesn't confess his feelings to you..." He whispers. I give a perplexed gaze, "How—how did you know about that?" I asked.

Wonwoo lets out a low laugh, "It doesn't matter how I know, what matters is you being alone with a friend who sees you as a woman and not a friend." He says. I bite my bottom lip and shake my head, "You're ridiculous, Minghao is not one to force things on me." I said. Wonwoo hums in amusement, "No?" He asks. I shake my head, a sigh escapes my lips. "I'm going to be late for work," I said letting my hand touch his shoulder, a small gasp escaped my lips as his hand wrapped around my wrist tightly. Wonwoo pulls my hand to his chest, "Why?" He asks. I look at him confused. "Why are you acting as if nothing happened between us..." He whispers, he brings my hand to rest on his cheek. I looked at him with shock, "I—I'm not," I said.

Wonwoo leans into my hand, "No? Then why haven't you bought it up?" He asks. His eyes flatter close, "I—I didn't think it would be the right moment to." I whisper.  My chest falls heavily as my heart pounds against my ribcage, "I think you should know..." His voice is deep and hoarse as he whispers. "I haven't been able to forget about that night..." He whispers, and he lets out a soft sigh. I bite my bottom lip as I watch him press his lips against my wrist, "Half of me wants to forget out of fear but the rest of me wants—needs you." He whispers. Wonwoo wraps my arm around his neck, and he opens his eyes slowly. They're filled with need—and desire, I let out a staggered breath. "I need to know...if you also feel the same way." He whispers lowering his head to be at eye level with me.

I press my thighs together feeling aroused, I look at him. "Y—yes..." I whisper, Wonwoo's lips chase after mine. My heartbeat quickens as he groans into the kiss, my fingers intertwined with his hair. His taste leaves me feeling fuzzy inside, I lick his bottom lip. Wonwoo bites down on my bottom lip tugging on it softly, "God, you will be the cause of my death," He groans. Slipping my tongue inside his mouth I find myself getting bold as I let one of my hands undo the buttons of his black dress shirt.

Wonwoo wraps his hands behind my thighs, I gasp as he lifts me with ease. I wrap my legs around his waist, I expected him to set me on the counter but instead, he walks us out of the bathroom. Gently tossing me onto the bed, I pant softly as I watch him remove his shirt. I bite my bottom lip as my eyes gaze at his toned body, he hovers over me swiftly. "Will you let me get rid of this?" He whispers his fingers gripping the dress, "Yes." I whisper. I help him remove it, he pulls on the hem of my shirt. I bite my lip and shiver lightly as cold air meets my semi-naked body, "You're gorgeous...your soft tan skin has always been gorgeous." He whispers. Wonwoo leaves trails of kisses from my neck to my chest, I pant softly. I press my thighs together tightly, needing some sort of friction.
