The noisy office had me feeling anxious as I watched detectives and police officers rushing around with paperwork, I bite my bottom lip as I leaned my head against the wall. My knee begins to bounce anxiously, I let a small sigh escape my lips.

I close my eyes for a moment trying to drown out the noise, "Lizbeth..." Detective Yoon says softly. I open my eyes and get up as I see him walking in through the double doors, "You're here early," He says with a small smile as he leads me to his office. "Yeah, I'm sorry..." I said as he unlocked his office door and lets me in first, stepping inside I pulled the envelope out of my book bag. Detective Yoon gets his laptop and computer ready, "You can have a seat," He says gesturing to the empty chairs in front of the desk.

I nod and take a seat, I hold onto the letter as he scans his badge. "So how are you feeling? Has anything changed or happened recently?" Detective Yoon asks turning his gaze to me, I bite my lip and look at the letter as I hand it to him. "I—I got this in the mail this morning...and I don't know what to do anymore," I said holding back tears, I grip my book bag as Detective Yoon opens the letter.

"Yeah—this is very graphic," He says exhaling sharply as he continues to read the letter, I sigh softly and hold my head in my hands. "I feel like my head is going to explode from thinking too much...there's just so much happening all at once," I said, Detective Yoon rustles with paperwork. "Lizbeth, I think it's safe to say that maybe you should stay with Wonwoo or Seungkwan just for the time being. I promise you I am doing everything I can to catch this bastard." Detective Yoon says as he pulls a folder from the drawer.

"I don't know...I don't want to burden anyone with what's happening." I said fiddling with the key chain, I sniffled quietly as I blinked away the tears. "I guarantee you that you're not a burden Lizbeth, I also guarantee that Wonwoo will be happy to have you on his radar." Detective Yoon says with a small smile, I shake my head. "No...he wouldn't be, he's—he's always busy with his job and I don't want to make things harder for him," I said lifting my head to look at Detective Yoon.

"You need to at least have someone that can keep you accompany," He says,  I bite my bottom lip. "Hao—Minghao has invited me to attend this charity fundraiser for this week," I said, I slowly lifted my gaze to Detective Yoon. He sighs softly and gives me a tight smile, "Xu Minghao...of course well as long as you're out of the hands of harm then I'll accept." He says opening the folder.

I furrowed my brows in confusion as he went through the mysterious folder, "Well then Lizbeth I'm one call away if you feel like you're in a dangerous place don't hesitate to reach me." Detective Yoon says with a smile and wink. I smile and get up from the chair, I pause seeing a photo. The guy in the photo looks exactly like the guy I saw at the restaurant, "Detective Yoon may I ask, who is this?" I asked pointing at the photograph. Detective Yoon looks at the photo, his gaze meets mine. "Why do you ask?" His tone is a bit stern and harsh, I sigh. "Because he looks like someone I met earlier this evening," I said, his facial expressions made my heart beat as he stood up and picked up the photograph. "Are you sure?"He asks, I look at him and nodded.

Detective Yoo mutters a few curses and turns to me, "Did he tell you his name?" He asked looking through the pile of work paper and grabbing his phone, "He said his name was Jeon Jaeyoung," I said fiddling with the key chain. Detective Yoon scoffs and puts the phone against his ear, he turns his back to me. A sigh escapes my lips before I leave his office leaving him with his phone call.

I slip on my coat and step out into the cold bitter weather, I bite my bottom lip and begin my walk to the apartment complex. Who could that guy be? Is he really one of Wonwoo's cousins?

I feel myself become tense, I slow down my pace feeling like I'm being watched. I turn to look around the busy night there are crowds of people walking, chatting, and hanging out but none were watching me. I shake my head lightly and continue to walk, I turn left seeing the apartment complex come into view.
