My mind was running with so many questions that I couldn't keep up with work. A small sigh falls past my lips as I run my hand through my curls, last night's event was horrifying and strange.
"Liz? You okay?" Seungkwan's voice snapped my thoughts, I looked at him. "Yeah, just tired," I say with a smile, he nods. "Mingyu told us that you weren't feeling well," Seungkwan says crossing his arms and leaning against my work desk. I bite my lip and look at him, "It was just a slight headache." I said. "You could've told us beforehand Lizbeth, we would've stayed at your place and watched movies or something." He says calmly yet he is scolding me in the most neutral tone. "It's okay, besides Wonwoo took me home," I say before I continue typing and replying to emails. Seungkwan grabs my chair and turns me to face him, "Wonwoo took you home last night?" He asked.
I nodded, "Yes," I said. Seungkwan sighs and looks me dead in the eyes, "Put boundaries," He says. I furrow my brows at him, "What?" I asked.Seungkwan stands up straight, "Put boundaries with Wonwoo...if he's out of line or acts like a dickhead draw the line, don't force yourself to speak about your past with him." He explains. I sigh and look at the screen, "He's strange...It's like he's pushing and pulling." I said. Seungkwan bites his lip, "That's Wonwoo alright, but put boundaries with him. Save yourself from a heartache okay," He says. I smile faintly and nod, Seunkwan pats my head before walking down the hall toward Mingyu's office.

My fingers touch the keyboard and process today's email for Mingyu's interview with Seoul's Magazine, accepting their invitation. A sigh escapes my lips as I click send, I look at the clock. Ten-thirty AM, the elevator doors open but I keep my focus on the computer trying to answer all the emails Mingyu hadn't been able to respond to, I bite my lip as I click send. Footsteps approaching made my nerves jump, god please don't let it be Yuno.
"You seem to be working hard," My heart flutters at the deep voice, I turn my head to see Wonwoo standing next to me. "Y...yeah Mingyu hasn't answered any of his emails so I'm doing it for him," I said, feeling flustered under his gaze I turned my eyes back to the computer. I still couldn't stop thinking about last night, riding in the back of his bike was something.
"Is Mingyu in the office?" He asks, I clicked send on the last e-mail. I look at Wonwoo, "Yes but you only have ten minutes with him before he goes to a meeting." I said closing out the tabs and turning the computer off. "I wasn't asking to see him..." He says, I look at him confused. "Then why are you asking?" I implied as I gathered my things, "To see if I could steal you for a couple of hours without him noticing." Wonwoo says with a soft smile. I stand up and look up at him, "Uh huh, why would you want to do that?" I asked with a shy smile as I pushed the chair into the desk. Wonwoo chuckles as he hands me his bike helmet, I look at him perplexed.
"Can I take you for a ride?" He asks, I bite my bottom lip. My heart is pounding like crazy, I hesitate for two seconds before taking the helmet from him. I look at him with curiosity, "You're not going to take me to some deserted place and murder me are you?" I joke. Wonwoo laughs and shakes his head, "Okay, you need to stop reading horror novels. They're getting to you." He says as we walk to the elevators.
I smile as my chest feels bubbly and warm from the sound of his laughter, "Reading horror and crime novels keeps my mind—" He smiles. "Aware of your surroundings, I know." He says as he holds the elevator open, we step inside. I caught a glimpse of Mingyy and Seungkwan with smirks, I smile shyly as the doors close. I look at Wonwoo's arms as he pulls the sleeves of his black fleece cardigan down, I bite my lip and look at the elevator doors. "Lizzy..."He says, I look at him. "I want to apologize for the way I acted these past few days..." Wonwoo's voice is soft and filled with sincerity, I smile and let a small giggle escape my lips
