13. Trap

"Go be rebels." Owen agreed as she slid down. Maisie pulled open a hidden bunker it had been covered by leaves and twigs but lifting it up revealed a hatch.

Jaime watched as they got bikes like he had never seen before out.

"I'm going to need you to ride with someone else." Lena remarked. "Cant' have you driving by yourself."

"Can I go with Maisie?" Arya begged already sliding off the dinosaur.

"ARYA!" Ned demanded.

"Could I ride with you?" Jaime agreed and Lena smirked nodding.

"JAIME!" Cersei demanded.

"Hop on." Lena agreed. "Solar powered, we made these plates-' she gave them a tap. "-they go faster then our riding dinosaurs."

"But not faster than a pissed off dino with a mission on his mind." Maisie added as Arya held tight to her.

"Hold tight, don't want to lose you." Lena whispered as she felt his arms tighten around her.

Lenas brain screamed out hes perfect love him and we shall wed! But reality hit and she remembered the likeliness of that was next to none and told her brain to kindly shut the fuck up.

"See ya!" Lena declared. She heard Cersei screaming out for Jaime but Jaime seemed quite content with his arms wrapped around Lena. 

Arya stared around at the island before her. The plants the dinosaurs that they passed. 

"BLUE!" Maisie called out as Lena whistled. 

"This place is awesome. I can't believe you get to live here!" Arya declared. "How likely do you think it would be for me to convince my father to let me stay?" Arya shouted as wind whipped around them. 

"Very unlikely." Maisie remarked. "But Lena is very convincing." 

"I am." Lena agreed as she felt Jaime's hands tighten around her and it made her eyes roll back as he shifted forward closer to her. She felt him hard against her ass. 

"Sorry." Jaime rasped. 

"No, I'm sorry we are on a bike and not in a bed." Lena countered softly. Jaime chuckled fingers slipping under her shorts, she sucked in a sharp breath before Maisie declared on the right and Jaime's hand slid back up around her stomach. 

Great fucking timing Lena thought as she clenched her jaw. She felt Jaime's breath hot on her neck. 

"Come on!" Maisie declared her bike tipping into a tree as Arya chased after her. "But don't touch anything!" Maisie added. 

"What did she mean by that?" Jaime questioned as they followed after the girls. 

"Some dangerous plants and creatures. We saw a black Mamba slithering around a few moons back. Her name is Rhaenyra although we can't get close enough to determine if it is a male or female." Lena remarked. 

"You have alot of Targaryen named creatures." Jaime recalled. 

"Well they were stupid fuckers." Lena declared. "I hope I never have to name a creature after you." she added. 

Lena grabbed his arm stopping him as Maisie showed Arya their Venus fly traps.

"You see its lined with these hair like triggers." Maise remarked. "The pads of the venus fly trap spring shut to trap its prey."

"Cool!" Arya declared. 

"It cant reach out for help it has to wait for something to land on its pads or crawl inside before it traps the unsuspecting prey!" Maisie went on. Arya reached out a hand. 

"Careful, it might grab you too!" Lena mused and Arya pulled her hand back completely giddy. 

The venus fly traps adapted to living in sunny bogs and swamps with moist and humid environments, carnivorous plants thrive in nutrient-poor soils where insects are plentiful. Which was why Jaime was swatting at misquotes as they flew around him. 

 The leaves of carnivorous plants evolved into specialized insect traps for luring and capturing live prey—and then digesting their unfortunate victims to absorb the nutrition needed for survival.

Some plants specialize in attracting insects with sweet scents, targeting butterflies, moths and ants. Other types of carnivorous plants feed on flies, spiders and a variety of small bugs.

Lena learned from them. Scents and their vibrant colors to help her with her smoke bombs adding colors and scents she found attracted different dinosaurs on the island. 

"I've been getting some strange signals from you and your sister." Lena admitted bluntly as they walked through a dino trampled field. Flowers and weeds littered the land. Also very large dinosaur prints. Maisie led the way still talking with Arya. 

"I... you have?" Jaime choked out a breath. 

"Yeah..." Lena admitted. "And then you stick your hand down my shorts and I don't know what to think."

"What about now?" Jaime countered wrapping his hand around her and kissing her fiercely. She melted into him. 

Lena licked at her lips as he pulled back. her eyes locked on his. 

"yeah that was... yep." Lena agreed feeling her cheeks blushing. 

"You are the one that seems untouchable Lena." Jaime remarked. "Jump with me. Are you will to embrace the fall together?"

"Are we falling into my bed tonight?" Lena countered kissing him again.

Owen and Alan were being great tour guides. Tyrion was amazed that this was still around. Survived the flooding he heard about, the wars, the fucking dinosaur wars. 

"Do you think Arya is alright?" Ned questioned glancing around. Maybe he could enjoy riding a dinosaur in the middle of nowhere if he knew that Arya was safe but this place wasnt safe. Sansa was mystified while Joffrey complained the whole time. 

This is so uncomfortable. It's so hot. Where is the wine? Why are we wearing clothes meant for the idiots that clean the chamber pots? 

Ned hated him more and more. Sandor had always hated Joffrey. Always. Tyrion realized being trapped on an island although never ideal was getting worse with every breath Joffrey spoke. 

Sansa tried to tune him out. She didnt want to marry him. She wanted him to get eaten. 

Robert turned to tell Joffrey to shut up when he fell right off the dinosaur. Cersei thought this is it. He is going to die. how perfect.
