The next morning, Leia and Reya walked toward the beach; the wind wrapped around their bodies, carrying them along almost as if it was rushing them. The plan was to teach the Sully kids how to ride ilus before lunchtime.

To their surprise, the sully kids were already at the beach when they arrived. Kiri was looking at fish in the shallows, and Tuk was making structures in the sand with Neteyam and Lo'ak sitting by her.

As the girls approached the family, Neteyam and Lo'ak hopped up and slightly jogged to meet them halfway.

"Hey, " Lo'ak said, stopping in front of them abruptly.

"Good morning," her sister replied to the boy. There was an awkward pause; during that Leia gave Neteyam a confused look, to which he shrugged in response.

"Did you-" "How did-" they both started at the time.

"Oh, sorry. You speak, " Reya said immediately after.

"No, no, I'm sorry. You can talk, " Lo'ak countered.

Leia rolled her eyes before walking through the two, pushing them apart as she did.
"I'm going to speak," she stated, continuing down toward the water.

"Today you guys will learn how to ride ilus; they are essential to our way of life," Leia said, stopping where the waves crashed onto the sand. She turned to look at the three behind her,
"Fail to learn how to ride, and you would be useless, as my father put it," she says in a serious tone.

"Good, you're all here," Aonung said, as he, Rotxo, Kiri, and Tuk, walked over and joined the group.

"Let's split up," Reya exclaimed, moving toward Lo'ak. Aonung gave his younger sister a skeptical look and then looked to Leia silently asking 'what was that?'.

"Sure, that works," Leia said, not having the energy to argue with her sister;

"Behave, be helpful, be kind," Leia said, directed at her brother and his friend.

"Do you understand?" she questioned sternly, glaring directly at the oceanic boys.

They both mumble "yes" while looking toward the sand, avoiding the older girl's gaze.

"Good," she said back, signaling the end of the conversation.

Reya grabbed Lo'ak's arm, pulling him into the shallow water. At the same time, Kiri walked off into the water Rotxo running after her. Aonung moved toward Neteyam but was cut off by Leia standing in front of him.
