Me and Feirune have been training for who knows how long now for I have stopped bothering to count the 'days'.

Not that counting the number of times I have slept would help as I have stopped sleeping entirely so as not to waste time.

And the 'Atone' spam is really getting on my nerves.

Nai wa, so annoying, like, I get it already, I will complete my mission and what not.

On the bright side, thanks to [Taboo], I now know that [n%I=W] has an effect similar to [Pride] that stacks with it, explaining my insane rate of growth that I have been taking full advantage of.

Currently, I am hitting myself with [Terrain Spike], the Spell I copied from That, to raise my [Earth Resistance] in preparation for our eventual showdown while sparring with Feirune, multi-tasking to maximise our training.

Still, I just don't have the firepower to punch through its defences.

Nai wa, I am going to need a workaround or get so strong I can bypass it entirely.

Maybe I am just impatient, but I don't feel like training for eternity to completely overpower That.

Besides, at that point, it wouldn't be as satisfying. Nai wa.

Yeah, call me crazy, but I want to beat That while being the underdog.

It will make revenge all the much sweeter, to have That lose to someone it deemed so weak it can't be bothered to even acknowledge.

Being looked down on is one thing, but being ignored for being so pathetic that you are not even worth eating?

Just then, I feel many pressenses approaching my nest, not that I am surprised.

Majikku 1 briefly contacted me to warn me about this.

Mother has sent a strike force of spiders to take me, the main body, out.

An Arch ????????, the giant enemy spider leader, three Greater ????????s and a bunch of other small fries.

Huh, they could probably put up a decent fight against That.

I mean, the Arch only has better Stats than That somehow.

Not that I think it alone can beat That's defences.

But if I can take them down, it will mean I can probably give That a run for its money too.

<Sparring over. We got guests. Go to your room.>

On my command, Feirune collapses on the spot, then slowly crawls her way to her room.

Nai wa, you are gonna get killed if you are that slow about it.

Not that it really matters, if she dies, she dies.

I have no use for a useless minion.
